Très belle vue depuis la terrasse sur le port d'Ajaccio ainsi que sur la montagne.Logement fonctionnel et idéal pour 4 personnes.Appartement très calme sur les hauteurs d'Ajaccio. A 10 min d'un parking relais/bus qui permet d'arriver rapidement au centre d'Ajaccio sans souci de stationnement.

Bien Situé sur les hauteurs d Ajaccio avec une belle vue sur les montagnes et le port. On se gare facilement devant l appartement. Bon rapport qualité prix (équipement , surface, ) meme ce n est pas tout neuf mais ça nous allait bien .

Nous avons séjourné 9 jours dans ce logement très fonctionnel où nous n avons manqué de rien. Malgré sa situation près du centre d Ajaccio, le logement est très calme, ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. La terrasse est grande avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Bernard est à l'écoute de ses locataires et très réactif. Tout était top, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour avec mes enfants. Le logement est conforme à l’annonce, très agréable et fonctionnel, avec une terrasse et une vue magnifique.Bernard est un hôte très sympathique et réactif, il est disponible et a répondu à toutes nos demandes.Je conseille vivement cette location et j’y reviendrai sûrement.Merci Bernard !!

Le logement etait conforme a l'annonce, propre, la literie est bien. Le propriétaire sympa et disponible. La terrasse exceptionnelle, et il y a toujours un endroit a l'ombre, ce qui nous a permis de prendre tous nos repas a l'exterieur, la vue sur Ajaccio au top.

L'appartement était sale à notre arrivée.L'humidité au plafond.La literie était très mauvaise et l'on a retrouvé des cheveux dans les draps.Une seule climatisation pour chauffer toute la surfaceIl n'y avait aucune pression dans les robinets,Pas d'internet, pas de wifi, pas de télé ...

Dommage que Monsieur d’Orazio n’ait jamais mis les pieds dans le logement cela lui aurait évité d’écrire autant de choses inexactes. Tous cela pour permettre à ses employés de ne pas payer l’extension de séjour.

Superbe terrasse avec une tres belle vue sur la baie d’ajaccio. Interrieur manque soin : plafond trop bas obligé de le soulever pour ouvrir les portes. Il semblerait qu’on soit les premiers : il y avait des vers dans le lave vaisselle...
