Great stay!

Our family of six had a great time at Copperstone resort. The kids took full advantage of the billiards room and hot tub, and there was enough space for us all to have a bit of our own space in the room, as well. Location is great and more reasonably priced that staying directly in Canmore. We were minutes away from horseback riding and white water rafting, as well. Highly recommend!

The property is really well equipped and very comfortable. It suited us a family of four. The laundry facilities were particularly helpful. Everywhere in the resort was very clean and the front desk staff were helpful. The location is out of town so there isn't anything to do but there are a couple of small shops for any forgotten items. It was a great base to explore Canmore, Banff and beyond.

Quiet place

The property was nice and location was close to Canmore. Only drawback was only thing in town was a couple condos and gas stations. They need grocery stores and a couple of places to eat for connivence.

Work trip

Needed to be in Kananaskis for some work meetings, but needed a little more space plus a little more economy than what I could get in KV. Have stayed at Copperstone before and really enjoyed it so did it again. Just as good as the last times - unit well appointed and very clean, process easy.

Great condo but area was lackluster

Condo was as great as advertised and the resort was nice however there was a lot of construction going on at the time. The small town of dead man’s flat was nothing great but luckily Canmore was close by. I would still recommend this unit as it was only a place for us to stay while we explored the area.

Great place to stay with a family!

We brought our two kids here for a long weekend getaway to the Mountains and loved our stay here. It was clean, it was quiet, the views were lovely, the outdoor hot tub was a huge hit with the kids and our condo was spacious and clean. The only thing I would suggest is to bring your own swim towels, and perhaps some spices and coffee etc from home as the rental was pretty bare bones, very much like staying in a hotel. also, bring some DVDs and games as there are none on site. Other than that, the beds were comfy, they could use an extra blanket but we will bring one from home next time. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Cozy 2 bedroom condo with all amenities needed. Wish the outdoor hot tub was bigger for the size of the complex or had 2 hot tubs. Only 1 parking stall underground and had to pay $15/night for extra parking. No free parking at all available.

Canmore better

Property was clean and on newer side. Tricky to park and find the right spot to head up to front office and to your room. Not enough windows in my unit. So I had to leave patio door opened a lot for air. Other than that it’s a really home. Deadman’s flat has nothing. Only 2 gas stations . Canmore would be a much better place to stay .
