It was a good last minute booking, it has everything you need for a long Stay and the host is really on top of everything. Good over all, it was a perfect space for 8 people.

Apartment was as described in the listing. Location is within walking distance to many attractions downtown. Communication was excellent. The only negative was that only one of three elevators was operational during our stay.

No complaints, very responsive

Overall a great experience. Very close to the convention centers, it was nice having the door security, very easy to get in the building and access the unit.There were a handful of coffee pods for the machine, soap for the laundry, fans in every room, good tap water, comfy beds.We had two small issues, one that's probably not the landlord's fault, one that is easily remedied. The one they had control over (batteries in the door lock seemed old) they took care of the same day.The other was that the shower hot/cold taps seemed to be switched. For a 3 day trip, I doubted it would get resolved while we were there, but I have let them know about the issue. It seems like some or all of the building is undergoing some renovations, maybe this was related. We did not use parking but I never felt the parking lot was full.All around a great stay.

Very disappointed in the stay. The reviews that were left are not accurate but here's the truth! Location was 8/10. The condo cleaniness 4/10 (sheets and towels were dingy and stained.) They offer parking for one car but the garage is detached and looks like a gutter/scary alley. Also in the apartment, it had a slight odor when we checked in and thought a candle or air freshener would take care of it but the longer we stayed the stronger the odor (smelled like gas). They were very responsive to move us to another unit however this unit was worse than what we had at first. Apparently only one unit has been updated to the picture on the website because there was a big difference in the 2 units. To be honest, the price should've been cheaper for what they offered. This place is old, smelly and raggedy. The elevators and hallways were awful but made me sick to my stomach. I will not stay here again and do not recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in this great, spacious condo with an excellent location. The host was very accessible and helpful, and we appreciated the safe parking. With a deeper cleaning, this place would be outstanding.

Nice Stay in ATL, but a lot of problems.

This listing is super close to everything we wanted to do, which was awesome, but there were some problems. When we arrived the man at the counter did not seem like he wanted to help us, it was a really tough process just trying to even get up to the room. The host didnt let him know that we were coming so until he called her to confirm, he treated us like we were a problem. The check out time was set for 10am and since we were going to a late show we asked for a more reasonable checkout time of 11am, like other normal listings. The host confirmed the check out time for 11am. At 10am on check out day the cleaner opens the door and super rudely asks us why we are still there. We told her the situation and she told us we were lying. She called some lady and the person on the phone was confused. Finally we showed her the message from the host and she told the lady, 'oh guess they werent lying.' Just the worst way to start the morning. The space was alright, but after all is considered, i wouldnt want to stay there again.
