About this property

Fully updated 3 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms. Located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of off street parking (could park a boat). Close to downtown, only 0.8 mile from the CDA resort (approximately 10 minute walk) and all that downtown as to offer. Large open main floor and large newly remodeled kitchen area. Master bed and bath on the main floor as well as large laundry room, cozy living room, full common bathroom and an easy walk out patio area with BBQ.

Home will sleep 5 comfortably with the king, queen and twin bed but could sleep 6 with other arrangement ( couch ?).
