About this property

Spacious 4-bedroom house w/2 living rooms and game room Post Falls with AC

This property located minutes from parks, Silverwood theme park, Cda lake and resort and Spokane. Lots of opportunities to hike or rest at the local beaches and parks. 15 min drive from Spokane valley shopping mall.
- Kitchen: fully stocked with items to cook or bake with.
- Downstairs: game room has a 65-inch tv for streaming and XBOX gaming. Ping pong and foosball table.
-Outside: Upper and lower covered deck with gas grill, and large fenced yard. Plenty of space to visit with family and friends. Lots of yard games.
-Downstairs: Washer/dryer with deteragent in the bathroom . We also have lots of extra towels and beach towels/toys.
-We love to host for families. We have hard and soft coolers, folding chairs, folding wagon and sand toys for your visit. We will not host parties that will disrupt the neighborhood. We would consider Hosting baby or Bridal showers.(please contact us) We take pride in our home and ask our renters to take care of it. If we have concerns we will cancel your reservation and ask you to leave. Quiet time is 10pm. We also will charge for any extensive cleaning if needed or items broken. If you have any questions I will be happy to answer them.

Great for our Vacation

We loved the Post Falls area and tthe vrbo was really close to most places we wanted to go . it was kind of a hub for us since we attended a wedding in Otis Orchards and we also spent time in Hayden and Courdalene and Wallace. Perfect. And a vety roomy place.

Great house for family get-together

This property is in a great neighborhood and close to stores and other points of interest. It is a warm and welcoming home that worked well for a gathering of four adults and six children. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals for a large group. There were games to keep the children entertained.

Everything you could need and more!

This is a very spacious property with a huge back yard, rec room with ping pong table, foose ball table, games, etc, and sleeping for 11 (though we only were a family of 5). It is well equipped with everything you could need for your trip to the area, and it is very conveniently located near I90 in a very quiet neighborhood.
