This is a quint cottage, very clean, and located in the heart of Beach Haven. The host commutates well and we enjoyed our stay. My critiques about the cottage are it has a very small shower and limited shelf/storage space, Lastly, the mattresses are very firm. I feel these are things someone should know going in. I would stay here again, but I would be a little more prepared.

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect. Communication with host was great. Only downside was the beds. They felt old, hard and very uncomfortable. But otherwise it is a great little cottage.

GREAT location in the heart of BH & proximity to the beach. The house is as described. As someone else mentioned, the mattresses are VERY firm. If you're a side-sleeper, BYO mattress pad. Also, BYO wine glasses & sharp knife. There was no screen in the front door so we had to always have AC on, which wasn't always needed. Maybe that is in the process of being replaced. Thank goodness for the outside shower (which I prefer at the beach anyway) bc the bathroom shower is tiny (as is the whole bathroom.)

The property was very clean and location can’t be beat!! The outdoor shower was wonderful and the host even had beach chairs there for use, as well as four beach badges. We never had trouble finding a parking spot out front but for the most part we walked everywhere. The cottage was bigger than the pictures show. Everything was perfect, except the beds were a bit hard for us, but I do understand it is nearly impossible to please everyone with mattress firmness/softness. Just be prepared if you like a softer mattress. Overall I would highly recommend and would stay here again!!

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay at this little cottage near the beach. We stayed for four nights and didn’t need to use our car once! Close to the beach, shops, entertainment, and restaurants.

This is the 2nd time renting this cottage with my family. We love the location, it’s just a few blocks from Fantasy Island, the waterpark, Bay Village and all the best restaurants on the island. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Quaint cottage close to beach and restaurants

We stayed here as a family of four and loved it. The cottage is comfortable and clean, and it’s close to the beach and the main street of Beach Haven. We enjoyed spending the days at the beach and then having dinner at one of the many nearby restaurants. It’s also close to Fantasy Island amusement park, which ours kids loved.
