This individually built holiday apartment in an idyllic forest and hiking area scores with its quiet location in the heart of Germany. It offers three separate bedrooms, each with an adjoining bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room and three separate terraces. This means you can enjoy a holiday together and sometimes get out of each other's way.



The lively centre of Breuna with its many shopping facilities is just a few minutes' walk away. The Rappenhof riding stables are also within walking distance, where horse fans, especially Icelandic horses, can get their money's worth. Water sports enthusiasts, e.g. water skiing, will find good conditions at Twistesee, Diemelsee or Edersee. Those interested in culture will find what they are looking for in the museum city of Kassel, approx. 30 km away, or in Bad Wilhelmshöhe in the UNESCO World Heritage Site Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. You should also definitely plan a visit to the former Hanseatic town of Warburg, just 11 kilometres away, which impresses with its largely preserved town wall, its fortified towers and its medieval townscape. The residential town of Bad Arolsen is around 20 minutes away. Princess Emma zu Waldeck und Pyrmont, who later became Queen of the Netherlands, was born here.

Die Gastgeber empfingen uns mit Regeln und Anweisungen statt mit freundlichen Worten das war für uns etwas befremdlich. Im Haus roch es nach kaltem Rauch durch eine Mieterin womit sie sich entschuldigten. Die einzelnen Zimmer waren in Ordnung auch die Bäder,nur die Beleuchtung im Bad war zu schwach. Matratzen waren sehr gut man konnte gut schlafen. Die Küche war zwar gut ausgestattet aber nicht sehr sauber. Das Wohnzimmer war groß wirkte ordentlich. Doch leider waren die Gläser im Schrank total verstaubt eine Gardine war etwas abgerissen das hätte man vorher doch in Ordnung bringen können.

Sehr schöne große Wohnung mit einer exelent ausgerüsteten Küche, ein sehr schönes großes Wohnzimmer, und drei Schlafzimmern, mit 3 Bädern. Ist sehr weiter zu empfehlen.

Kasseler und Waldecker Land

Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Parken ist unmittelbar am bzw. beim Haus möglich. Ein großes Wiesengrundstück und drei Terassen sind im Sommer natürlich ideal. Die Wohnung verfügt eine sehr gute und umfängliche Hausratsausstattung sowie über drei Schlaf- und auch drei Badezimmer, wodurch sie sehr günstig für eine größere Gästezahl ist. Sie liegt ideal für Exkursionen ins Waldecker-/ Sauer-/ Wolfhager und Weserbergland. Aber auch Spaziergänge sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zwischen 5 und 20 km möglich. Die Märchenlandtherme liegt ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt, wer Wellbess schätzt ist hier richtig. Kassel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Restaurantangebot in Breuna ist überschaubar. Warburg und Volkmarsen sind aber schnell erreicht und haben solide Angebote. Beim Mobilfunk ist nur D1 ordentlich, andere Netze haben Empfangsprobleme.
