Holiday Home 'Ahlberg' with Mountain View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

We are delighted that you have found your virtual way to our extensively renovated vacation home (2019 to 2021). The Ahlberg vacation home is physically located on the Ahlberg in Hesse on the edge of the Reinhardswald, the largest closed forest area in Hesse. With a wonderful view in the direction of Dörnberg across the Calden plain, it will hopefully offer you the peace and relaxation you are looking for. The nearby Fairy Tale Route and the documentary city of Kassel with the castles of Wilhelmshöhe and Wilhelmsthal also offer the opportunity to indulge in culture. We hope that this combination will give you a comprehensive feeling of "re-creation".

The house with its approx. 150m² is well suited for a visit of up to 6 people. Both the east-facing terrace and the south-facing balcony invite you to linger in nature. If it is too cold, you can also sit in the kitchen-living room with its window fronts as if in the garden and look out over Calden to the Dörnberg. From the garden you step directly into the Reinhardswald forest, where you can go hiking or cycling. The heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool in Immenhausen is only 3 km away and is open all year round.

The town of Immenhausen with stores such as Aldi, Edeka, bakeries and pharmacies is approx. 5 km away, as is the train station.
