Our home is perfectly located between the wide sand beach and the Channel Islands Harbor. Hollywood Beach has a quiet "small town" atmosphere and is situated halfway between Malibu and Santa Barbara, CA. It is truly the best kept secret in southern California. The home features an open floor plan with lots of light. 4 bedrooms / 3 full baths. 4th / 5th floor split roof deck has ocean and harbor views.

Walk to the the harbor you can rent boats, jet skis, kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, etc. You can book a deep sea fishing trip or a cruise to the Channel Islands.

About the host

Your host

My wife and I are busy professionals, but enjoy hosting guests at our beach home. Previously, we have never rented this house out. But with our son's lacrosse schedule, we don't get here as much as we would like. We love the beach and the whole Hollywood Beach environment.

Why they chose this property

This home is perfectly located steps from the wide quiet usually nearly empty Hollywood Beach and steps from Channel Island Harbor. The harbor has shops and restaurants. You can rent jet-skis, kayaks, boats, etc. The home is extremely well maintained and furnished.
