Beach, Surfing, kayaking, boating and beautiful sunsets are just a few of the enjoyments you will have visiting our huge A frame beach house
sitting on three lots with 6 parking spaces. Decorated using an "Aloha" theme with spacious rooms and high ceilings, the house is steps from the ocean. Huge waves for surfers
on Silver Strand and there is "Baby Beach" with shallow water within walking distance for a kayaking, swimming, paddle boards & sunbathing. Great for all ages, bicycles available.

The space
This is a three story home. Bedrooms are as follows: Master Bedroom #1 has a king bed with two twin beds and an outside patio. Master Bedroom # 2 has a king bed with outside patio. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed. Bedroom #4 has a double bed and is also used as a game room with a poker table
and sitting area. There is a bathroom connected to the
game room. This area has been referred to as the "Man Cave" or the "She Shack". It is a fun room. Silver Strand Beach is a surfer's paradise and the fact that just down the street is another beach called "Baby Beach," extends the beach area to smaller children or to kayak on the bay
and swim in more swallow protected waters.

Love the couch

Great place and location. There are just some basic things I would add. Not enough toliet paper, no paper towels or soap. No shades to block out the sun. Have to walk by an open window to shower. Love the couch and the kitchen. My biggest complaint is there was no easy way to get into the house. The garage was full and you had to slide between two golf carts - about 7 inches of space. It is definitely a hazard.

Thank you for your review. I have talked to the cleaning crew about the toilet paper and towels...they claim the put paper under sinks I wish you would have called me, I would have insta carted it over immediately. Could you shut the open window for the shower or not understanding the problem. Yes we just had the golf carts fixed and I am sorry for them being in the garage but once again, if you would have contacted me I could have them removed or given you the key. So sorry you had some problems.

Great house

Property is great - A-frame is beautiful, furnished balconies, big kitchen with nice appliances, garage for storing surf boards, fun living room with big tv, comfortable king beds and big bedrooms. Half a block from the beach on a quiet street. Super easy beach access. There is a neighbor that lives downstairs that is nice but sensitive to noise. Be aware if you’re planning to rent as a party house. This beach supposedly has a strong localism vibe that the owner and the neighbor warned us about, but we didn’t encounter anyone unpleasant.

Lovely relaxing beach getaway

I stayed with my three small dogs for a full week last November for a change of scenery. The house was charming, well equipped, and super comfortable. To have the beach right across the street was dreamy. Highly recommend and I hope to stay there again.
