One minute from the interstate. Minutes to Fort Riley Gate, Junction City, 15 min to Manhattan. **We clean and sanitize with bleach all knobs, remotes, and surfaces.** We also, have removed decorative pillows and now have two pillows on the beds . Our cozy walk out private entrance Basement apartment, (990 square feet) with new bathroom with heated floors , new kitchen with heated floors, new recliner, new 65" tv, new walk-in shower, new large stainless steel refrigerator, new dressers and 1898 piano. So come by and warm up your toes in winter! The main queen bedroom is the quietest room! Guest state they never slept so well. There is no window in this room, so no noise or light to keep you up. The large living area has new tile floors ( feeling cool in the summer) and a 47 inch TV with hundreds of channels. We offer free WiFi for up to 7 devices and a functional and beautiful upright piano. Play to your heart's content! Beautiful view of fields and the Flint Hills from the upper deck. This booking is for transient lodging only. No Glitter in the apartment. No Parties. We have cameras under the deck facing the stop signs 3 seconds.

Host canceled the day of. The property was not ready or available for rental, although is still listed for rent.

Clean and nice neighborhood

Check in process was a little confusing and the owner does stay there so just keep that in mind. Other than that it was clean and spacious

Overall the stay was fine. Property was mostly clean. Beer top at the front step, cherry stems on the floor in the master br, dishes still in the rack at the sink. Online the bio doesn’t mention the owner accesses parts of the home (live in the basement and come up to the kitchen for meals etc). If my daughter was with us I’d be uncomfortable knowing someone would be in the home and no access to lock doors. Although she was lovely it could be a bit awkward. Also the ad doesn’t mention cameras in the common areas. Full disclosure should be in the bio. Also a welcome note with how to operate the key pad door, remotes, etc would be helpful.
