About this property

my cocooning house

Charming house, with a private entrance opening onto a 12m2 sunny terrace equipped with a table and chairs. You access the 22 m2 living room through a bay window, completed by a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a microwave, a fridge freezer. You will have all the necessary kitchen utensils during your stay. Upstairs bedroom of 9m2, equipped with sliding cupboards.
You will stay in a haven of peace, a few meters from the Feau Park. The tram (town hall stop) is 450 meters away. shops are 500 meters away. Bordeaux center is accessible by bus and tram in 15 minutes. airport 10 minutes. You will not fail to visit the Pyla dune 52 km, the Arcachon basin, and go to one of the Médoc vineyards between the sea and the Garonne.
