Schahörn apartment 11, WLAN, balcony, non-smoking

From 01. 05. 2019 we are building the neighboring property. As a result, noise pollution during the day can not be ruled out. The balcony is located on the side facing away from the construction site.
Comfortably furnished 2-room apartment with sunny balcony near the beach
  
The bright and comfortably furnished apartment can accommodate 2-4 people.
The living room has a well-equipped kitchenette with oven and microwave and a cozy living area, furnished with a corner sofa with integrated bed function (mattress: 170 x 190), reading chair and flat screen with USB port. The separate bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200) and also offers the possibility of a child (travel) bed. Both rooms can be darkened to sleep with pretty blackout curtains. In addition, the non-smoking apartment has a beautiful, separate dining area in a light-filled bay window and a small south-west facing balcony.

You can park your car directly on the property on the free parking reserved for you.
The ahoy!-Swimming pool and the beach are only about 300 m away, the center with baker about 450 m.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung (Nummer 11) ist sehr gepflegt und die Lage ist sehr gut. Einzig das Internet könnte besser sein. Vielleicht liegt das an der Eigentümergemeinschaft. Gemeinsam könnte eine ausgezeichnete Lösung klappen.

Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, Schwimmbad mit Sauna zu Fuß zu erreichen

Fahrradkeller vorhanden, aber Nutzung nicht so einfach - logischerweise wg der Treppe; der Esstisch ist am gewählten Standort etwas knapp bemessen von der Bewegungsfreiheit; der Kleiderschrank ist etwas reparaturbedürftig ..... ansonsten sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung

Eine schöne sonnige Woche

Sehr saubere und ruhige Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Wenige Gehminuten zum Strand, Bäcker...Schön wäre noch ein etwas grösserer Kleiderschrank...für 4 Personen doch sehr klein. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten dazu Sonne pur für unseren Urlaub.

Im Objekt fehlte, da es nicht klimatisiert ist, ein Ventilator. Die Matratzen waren zu hart. Der Fahrradkeller ist für E- Bikes kaum nutzbar. ( steile, viel zu enge Treppe ) Der Duschkopf ist defekt.

Gelsenkirchener Barock. Die Lage ist hervorragend, aber kein Meerblick. Sehr ruhig. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. WLAN schlecht. Bad sehr klein. Balkon weniger als zwei m2.

Schöne kleine süße Ferienwohnung

Fe-wo wie beschrieben. Klein, süß, viel Liebe zum Detail, alles da. Hat zum schlafen und frühstücken eingeladen. Den Rest des Tages waren wir unterwegs. Oberflächlich alles sauber und in Ordnung, doch für mich hätte es noch etwas sauberer sein können. Das ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau. Sind rund um zufrieden und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt

Optimale Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, man ist sehr schnell am Strand, aber nicht in der trubeligen Ecke. Es gab einen Fahrradkeller mit viel Platz. Schlüsselübergabe problemlos, alles prima.

Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen

Die Abwicklung des Objekts hat gut funktioniert. Ruhige und gute Lage ob zum Zentrum oder auch zum Strand. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und kommen gerne wieder.

Das Schlafzimmer hat keinen Kleiderschrank!! Das was dort steht ist kein Kleiderschrank.

Das Objekt ist klasse, für zwei Personen! Bis auf die Herdplatten eine Top-Ausstattung. Lage: grandios, ruhig trotz Baustelle. Darauf sollte man online hinweisen! Alles fußläufig zu erreichen, 3 Min. zum Strand. Beim Bad hätte ich gerne 1 m2 mehr (Dusche)!!!!! Alles in allem ein hervorragender Urlaub, wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Danke Ps.: Eine Info das die Fensterputzer kommen wäre toll gewesen!!!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die vielen Dekoobjekte passten genau zu der Einrichtung. Nur der Balkon ist sehr klein und die Aussicht nicht besonders schön.
