Approximately 50 km south of Munich, Rottach Egern at the south end of Lake Tegernsee at about 736 m above sea level. From there, the Suttenhütte on the toll road to Valepp after approx. To reach 300 meters. The toll road runs past the Suttenlift who brings in the summer hikers to the top of Stümpflings and in winter the ski area opens for Spitzing-ski. This exclusive apartment is located in the Suttenhütte, a country house that has been thoroughly renovated from 2013 to 2014 and on a sunny plateau in an exclusive private setting about 70 meters above the toll road to approx. 1 034 m above sea level is located. The apartment extends over two floors and is placed including large southern terrace full south.

Great hut, great location!!

The place is beautiful, we had everything we needed for our week stay and we really enjoyed the high level of comfort but at the same time being so close to the nature! The owner was highly professional, very friendly and extremely supportive in any way!! Overall we had a fantastic time!

Wir haben unseren Weihnachtsurlaub 2025 in diesem wunderschönen Chalet verbracht und uns vom ersten Moment an super wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnungen in dem Haus sind hervorragend ausgestattet und das Haus insgesamt top gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen sympathisch, sehr hilfsbereit und waren jederzeit um unser Wohl bemüht. Die An- und Abreise war ebenfalls völlig unkompliziert. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die liebevolle weihnachtliche Dekoration – ein geschmückter Weihnachtsbaum hat unser Weihnachtsfest vor Ort perfekt abgerundet.Die Umgebung ist im Winter einfach zauberhaft und lädt zum Entspannen und Wintersport ein; im Sommer ist es hier sicher auch sehr schön.Eine klare Empfehlung – wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Kurzurlaub in toller Umgebung und einmaliger Lage

Das Haus liegt in traumhafter Lage im Aussenbereich von Rottach Egern. Bei schönem Wetter ein super Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern oder Biken. In direkter Umgebung zum Haus sind mehrere Almen gelegen. Das Haus ist komfortabel und ordentlich ausgestattet und die Terasse lädt zu langen Abenden im Freien ein.
