Located in a beautiful coastal town, 40 minutes north of Lisbon. Near the highway. The apartment has the Atlantic Ocean View. 4 minutes walk to the beach. There are three of the best Portuguese surfing beach nearby. ( Santa Cruz, Santa Rita
Golf course within view and walking distance. The Golf Mar Hotel within sight.
The area has a designated bicycling track (Ciclovia) which is located just outside of the main street of the apartment.
Many activities within walking distance of 5 minutes such as paragliding, hiking and trekking, swimming, scenic walk, golfing and cycling. The shooting ranch is located next town in Santa Cruz which is 5 minutes drive.
Spa therapy centre is close by.
*20 minutes drive to Berlengas Island Ferry (Peniche).
*4 minutes walk to Beach Cafe/Restaurant.
*The town is located between Estoril and Peniche.
*This area has of one of the best fishermen gastronomy restaurants in Portugal.

The apartament was very clean , well equipated to a High standard.

Property located in a very quite and peaceful location , 5 min walk from Nice beaches. You will definetly need a car if you want to travel around. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our holiday in this amazing Property and will definetly like to return in the near future.

Sólo tenemos comentarios positivos para esta casa: amplia, luminosa, bien equipada . Salir a la terraza y simplemente escuchar los aspersores del campo de golf no tiene precio. La playa de Santa Rita está a cinco minutos andando, la de Porto Novo, un poquito más. Sin duda alguna, repetiríamos otro año. Un saludo a su propietario, el Sr. Ferreira, que nos dió toda la información necesaria.

Magnifica casa

Boas! Passamos o Carnaval nesta casa espetacular e realmente adoramos!!! Muito moderna, confortável, com magnifica vista e terraço! Praia ao pé com cafés e restaurante. O proprietário prestou um ótimo serviço (contrato com todas indicações). Apesar de não houver sol nessas dias (estava um pouco frio) a casa foi super quente! Espero voltar mais uma vez e muito obrigada ao Sr.Luis!

The local beaches are not overcrowded and have a few inexpensive restaurants & beach bars so there is no overdevelopment ...which is good. Locals are friendly. Santa cruz town is a short taxi journey ( ~10 euro ) away if you want more night life etc

Good, if you want a quiet time & no acton

The apartment itself is stunning - good craftsmanship, a very friendly land lord (thanks again, Jo-Anne) and all that you need for a relaxed stay in Portugal. The location is rubbish, if you are lokking for a lot of action. So take it easy or go to Lisboa. The only thing we did not expect and were not aware of, was that the beach was really dirty in the middle of October. I do not know if that is some sad exception or if it is just not cleaned in off-season. Conclusion: it is well worth the money, if you want to take your time to calm down, read a book and enjoy some tasty food in the villages nearby.

Quality apartment in a good location

Very modern, clean and comfortable accommodation in a nice location, minutes to the beach and local restaurants, one of which, Berco Cdar I would highly recommend, superb fresh fish meals at reasonable prices. A rental car is a necessity if one wants to explore the many local villages along the way to the more popular tourist spots, Lisbon, Sintra, Cascais. Thanks to Jo-Anne for her professional approach during the rental process. I recommend this place for the traveler who enjoys a comfortable modern quality place to come home to after a days touring this beautiful country.

Excellent Seaside Luxury Rental

Excellent accommodation . Less than 5 minutes from an amazing beach, with local amenities close buy but a car is required. The apartment is VERY clean and spacious with a large terrace/patio. Very secure and perfcet for a couple or family looking for a getaway from the city life. Very close to Peniche which has soem of the best food (fish and seafood) in Portugal - highy recommend Popular in Peniche. Perfect location to drive by ffor day trips to various areas - Lisbon, Obidos, Fatima, Timor etc... Thanks Jo Anne for all the help and the prompt responses, very prodessional and I highy recomend this place for the traveler who enjoys luxury and apprecaites quality!

High quality apartment in gorgeous location

Everything about this apartment makes for a great experience - from Jo-Anne's professional approach to the rental process to the spacious, high quality finish of the apartment. Definitely try out the little restaurants opposite - one has the best seafood risotto I've ever had! To make the most of this area I think its best to have a car. There's everything within a 30 minute drive - fantastic seafood lunches, excellent surfing beaches and gorgeous hilltop villages. And if you're golfer there's a course literally outside the door!

El piso esta de maravilla y el lugar es estupendo

Hemos pasado las vacaciones de semana santa en este piso y ha sido estupendo. El piso tiene unas calidades excepcionales y esta todo nuevo. Esta muy bien situado, en frente de la playa. La zona es poco turistica y si quereis unos dias de descanso y relax os viene de maravilla. Pero si quereis conocer esta zona de Portugal tambien, mi marido y yo hemos estado en Sintra (un lugar para volver con mas tiempo), Cascais, Peniche, Lisboa..... Os lo recomiendo a todos!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place was in a great location. A rental car is a necessity. Joanne is so great! She worked with us the whole trip through. The facilities are wonderful. Apartment at Santa Rita Portugal

Excellent accommodation in an ideal location. Less than 5 minutes from an amazing beach, with local amenities close at hand. The apartment appears to be brand new with good quality appliances and plenty of space. The owner provided excellent assistance by way of directions from Lisbon airport, and upon arrival we found the apartment to be clean with good quality towels and bed linen in place. The building which the apartment is part of is secure with secure entry and the apartment had electric shutters to all windows, plus an amazing veranda. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wanted high class accommodation in an area of natural beauty but close to some first class bistros and cafes. There are three bistros within 10 minutes walk all of which offered good quality food at a reasonable price. The other major advantage was no parking charges for a car at the beach and since we were attending the World Championsihp Surf Kayak event this meant parking a car for 9 days.
