Welcoming and attentive homeowners

The property homeowners went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered and our needs were met. The property was very clean and full of beach toys for the kids. The golfcart was a great additive to have in the neighborhood in order to travel to the beach, pool, and the Big Chill. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Stevie was incredible in communicating quickly. Our move from FL got expedited by a day and half, and Stevie was accommodating from the jump. Allowed me and my family a place to stay for one night of normalcy before our move to a new city.

Very Satisfied

The owner stayed in communication and was very helpful. We loved the place and they had so much to offer in the garage. Golf cart, bikes, ice chest, beach chairs, sand toys, kayak, etc. The house is beautiful and the location is perfect. Our kids loved riding bikes to The Big Chill right across the street for ice cream and arcade. Beach access at Deer Lake is just an easy golf cart, bike ride, or walk away! A couple minutes! Beautiful walk over the dunes to the beach and 3 to park at that beach. You can take the golf cart to Old Florida Fish House for dinner or The Big Chill. The house had everything you need. We will definitely be back and rent this townhouse again!

Our family fell in love with 30A and calls "Land of the Sea" our 2nd home. While we're away, we love sharing our little slice of paradise with others and strive to make your stay memorable and pleasant.

Why they chose this property

Our property is located in the fabulous community of Prominence which runs right along 30A in between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, two of the most desirable areas in Florida! Our townhome is perfectly located just two units down from the community pool on a quiet street. We are a short walk to the HUB, a premier entertainment destination with great restaurants, bars, and shops. We chose this community because it's family friendly in nature and feels a little more secluded than some of the other communities nearby. We have access to an awesome bike trail and several beach access points close by. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else!
