With two dreamy king suites and a super fun bunk room (hello, under the sea vibes!), everyone has their perfect spot to unwind. Enjoy: Game room with vintage arcade games, 6-passenger golf cart, bikes, two resort style pools, and you're across the street from The Big Chill, an entertainment center with shopping, dining, and jam-packed with activities.

The Big Chill is a great family gathering place: entertainment like movies and concerts on the green, restaurants, and outdoor space for the family to hang. Perfect for evenings after the beach.

GROUND LEVEL
- First up...your open concept living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a meal at home, or for grabbing take out with friends. You'll love the 30A Florida details!
- Coffee lovers unite! We have a standard coffee maker, a Keurig, and complimentary coffee.
- The dining area has a home for everyone (seats 12!) and is a great way to gather your crew together after a long beach day.
- Just past the dining table awaits a private balcony with a peaceful view, perfect for your morning coffee.
- The modern coastal living room is the perfect spot to entertain the whole family - Large TV, board games, and cozy seating. Win, win!
- Just behind the kitchen is the laundry room and the half bath is also on this floor.
- You can't miss this: the converted garage will be your new favorite place to be. Equipped with > a smart TV, a large sectional, and 2 retro arcade machines!

SECOND FLOOR
- Up the stairs we go! Here you'll find a full shared bath with a shower/tub combo in the hallway.
- The bunk room features two twin over twin bunkbeds (sleeps 4). This room will take you down under to a whole new world with the underwater décor!
- Next to the bunkroom is the king guest bedroom with all the coastal luxury vibes for both day and night. Turn on the 'Sunset Palm's neon for the full experience!
- Don't miss the Primary bedroom, decorated for the perfect sunset, no matter what time of day it is. This room features a king bed, plus an ensuite bathroom with a spa-like walk-in shower and dual sinks.

- Deer Lake State Park: A 5-minute bike ride or drive away, this stunning beach has parking, restrooms, and picnic spots.
- Gulf Lakes Beach: Perfect for bike rides; a 6-minute ride with convenient access.
- Seabreeze Beach Access: An easily accessible option with parking across 30A. A 4-minute drive from the property!
- Walton Dunes Beach: Our favorite, with no boardwalk and a hassle-free walk straight onto the sand.
- Inlet Beach Regional Access: A bit farther but easy by car! Great for ample parking, lifeguards, and restrooms.
Pro-Tip— stock up on ice at The Big Chill's 24/7 ice machine across the street to load your cooler down and not have to buy ice at the grocery or gas station!

✓ The Essentials. All included in your stay ~
- Leave the beach gear to us: Beach umbrella, towels, and chairs are provided.
- Premium full-size bath products in every bathroom/kitchen We provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap.
- Starter Kit: We start you out with essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry pods.
- Coffee Time! Fuel up in the mornings with our complimentary coffee and Keurig.
- Convenience at Your Fingertips: Full-size washer and dryer, plus a pack n play for your little one, so you don't need to pack one.

✏️Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (unit B). There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
