This centrally located 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests and sits in the highly sought-after Prominence community on 30A. One of its standout features is its front-of-community location—just steps from the seasonally heated community pool and directly across the street from the local favorite, The Big Chill. With provided bikes and a 6-seater golf cart, getting out and exploring the area couldn't be easier.

📍Where you'll call home ~
- The Prominence community has everything! 2 Resort style pools, outdoor space, outdoor grills, easy access to the beach, and quick stroll to The Big Chill. The Big Chill is a great family gathering place: entertainment like movies and concerts on the green, restaurants, and outdoor space for the family to hang. Perfect for evenings after the beach.

🏖️ Beach access:
- Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: Your closest beach access, about a 5 minute bike ride away. It has about 50 parking spots, restrooms, and dining pavilions with charcoal grills, plus a long boardwalk (roughly a quarter mile) out to the beach. Entry is $3 per vehicle, payable on site or reserved ahead. Just note the gate closes at 6pm.

- Gulf Lakes Public Beach Access #8: About a 6 minute bike ride away. There's no car or cart parking here — new signage blocks cart parking along the south shoulder near the access, but there's a bike rack, and a pedestrian path runs along the south side of 30A.

- Seabreeze Beach Access #7: About a 4 min drive away. Park along the north shoulder of 30A near the entry and use the nearby crosswalk; there's a bike rack and outdoor shower, but no car/cart lot.

- Walton Dunes Beach Access #9: About a 4 min drive away. There's a public parking lot about 100 yards from the entry (small, so arrive early), plenty of bike racks, and no boardwalk or steps. You can walk straight from the road onto the sand.

Step Inside ~
FIRST FLOOR
- Walk into the fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space.
- Dining table which seats 4 is located right off the kitchen. Additional seating for 4 is also provided at the kitchen island.
- Just past the dining table awaits a private balcony.
- Cozy up in the living room, great for mid-day naps, movie nights, or rainy-day board games.
- Directly in front of the garage entrance is where you will find the laundry room and the half bath on this floor.

SECOND FLOOR
- Up the stairs we go! Here you'll find a full shared bath with a shower/tub combo at the top of the stairs.
- The bunk room features a twin over double bunk. With the cute costal décor this is the perfect room for the kids to hang 10🤙🏻
- Right down the hall is a queen bedroom with all the cozy vibes.
- Finally, the Primary bedroom features a king bed, plus an ensuite bathroom with spa like walk in shower.

- Premium full-size bath products in every bathroom/kitchen. We provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap.
- Starter Kit: We start you out with essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry pods.
- Coffee Time! Fuel up in the mornings with our complimentary coffee and Keurig.
- Convenience at Your Fingertips: Full-size washer and dryer, plus a pack n play for your little one, so you don't need to pack one.

✏️Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (unit B). There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- The Northside pool is seasonally heated Oct/Nov, Dec 21 - Dec 31 and March/April!
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
