Rental notes: The main renter MUST be at least 25 years of age and be staying at the house with their party for the entire stay and must be willing to sign the Legal Rental Agreement. Also, anyone in the party that wants to drive the LSV (low speed vehicle) must be at least 25 years of age, provide a photo of their valid Driver’s License, up to date auto insurance card and email addresses. No animals permitted, to avoid damage and severe allergy issues.

Wonderful Stay!

We had the most wonderful stay here. The owners were wonderful communicators and were available if we needed anything. The condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need and more! It was beautifully maintained. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to visiting again!

Great Family Spot/Vacation

Very clean property, and comes with plenty of extras- beach toys for the kids, bikes, golf cart, community pools, games. conveniently located on 30 A and lots of great restaurants around.

Great vacation spot!

This is our third time staying within the Prominence community. This house was clean and a perfect fit for our family of 4. 2 adults and 2 children under 5. Beds were comfy and the house had plenty of towels. The amenities like the gulf cart, bikes, beach towels, etc were a wonderful plus! I would recommend anyone to stay there.

Lovely Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Coastal Palms! It is beautiful, immaculate, cozy and perfect for a family of 4. They have everything you need/want for the beach - chairs, tent, wagon, cooler, towels, etc. I texted Aleisia for various things & restaurants recommendations throughout the week and she was always very quick to respond. She was always extremely helpful. I highly recommend Coastal Palms!

Perfect beach location

Our family loved staying at The Costal Palms. The owners are very organized and attentive to all your needs. Very generous in the accommodations offering their bikes, beach chairs, golf carts, toys, etc. We will definitely go back. The promixity to all the beaches made our trip a blast. We took advantage of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside and Watercolor because of the central location of the condo.

Perfect spot for beach weekend

This house is just as advertised. Beautifully decorated, fully stocked, and very clean. There are instructions and directions around the house to answer any questions that come up. Welcome book explained local beaches and parking so we understood where we could take the golf cart. Golf cart was a perfect addition since this property is located in between Rosemary beach area and Seaside. Would definitely recommend and would love to return in the future.

Immaculate home

This home was so gorgeous and clean! We absolutely loved our stay - the location, the bikes and all the beach gear were such a plus as well! Some reviews said they were intimidated by all the "rules" for the home but I'm here to stay that's why the home is so awesome - because it hasn't been treated like trash. Everything was in great working order and we loved every minute. The booklet with all the info about the area was super helpful as well! Thanks so much!

Love at first sight!

We were so impressed with Coastal Palms and the Prominence Community. It was love at first sight. Our first trip to 30A and definitely won’t be our last! We loved that the unit came with everything we needed for the beach and we didn’t have to pack those things such as cabana, chairs, and wagon. We appreciated the rules and that everything was well taken care of. I contacted Aleisia a few times and she was very quick to respond and resolve the little things such as watching the College World Series! We loved the golf cart, the bikes, choice of beaches, and location. Everything was so well documented and explained. I cannot say enough. We are hooked and are dreaming of purchasing our own! Thank you!!!!!! I don’t know if another rental property will ever compare to your level! 🙌

Nice Place

Our family enjoyed our stay at Prominence. The condo has everything you need, and the owners have really gone out of their way to make sure they've provided their guests with everything imaginable (bikes, beach chairs, golf cart, etc.). The owners were also always available if we had any questions. The only downside to this amazing condo is the amount of "rules" and the HOA potential "fees" that you are constantly bombarded with. I completely understand that there are HOA rules and fees due to previous bad guests. I also understand that the owners don't want their condo trashed, but everywhere you looked there were signs and rules telling what you can/can't do, or what you should be doing. It was hard for us to relax as we always felt like we were doing something wrong – even though we weren't. For us, it was just a bit much when you're just trying to relax and get away from all of that at home/work. We've been coming to 30A for 17 years and have never come across the intensity and focus on rules from either the owner or an HOA. Again, I understand that bad apples spoil it for others, but we'll probably pass on staying at Prominence in the future. Finally, again, beautiful place that has everything....including a lot of rules that, for us, didn't allow us to truly relax which was kind of a bummer. I wish the owners the best with their beautiful place.

Mixed feelings

The place is beautiful, high quality finishes and high quality neighborhood. Just a little too many rules at the house and neighborhood. Not exactly small kid friendly. Appreciate the pack n play provided but glass tables and clothes kitchen chairs aren't ideal for little kids. Bar stools way too high for littles. Always afraid to mess something up with all the rules. Also it's not exactly close to beach access for cars or golf cart. Need to find a public beach access with car parking and these closest one was 3 miles away but if it's full, you have to drive 5 to 7 miles for another one. Can't use golf cart with little kids cause they need to be in a car seat as well. And no kids trailer for bikes only for beach supplies so we couldn't use bikes. Loved that we didn't need to bring anything for the beach it's all supplied. But for being so close to the water getting there is cumbersome. Pool is really nice but you can only drink at the tables or lounge chairs. You can't sit in the pool and drink. Fun police are monitoring that. Also only 1 car is able to park at the place despite what details of listing says. Other cars have to park in public parking across 30A. It's a beautiful place but just not what we were expecting and details of place is misleading as far as beach access.

Beautiful house — very strict owners

I stayed here with my 27 year old girl friends at this house for a relaxing weekend vacation and overall it was really great! I will say the house owners were the most meticulous, strict renters I’ve ever experienced. I felt like the way they go about the renting process was meant to scare us and took away a lot of the excitement of going on a (very expensive) vacation. With renting experiences in the past, and in 30A specifically, the owners are always positive and welcoming and excited for you to come stay- where this felt like we were under scrutiny/being watched and trying to get caught with something that we weren’t doing in the first place just because of our age. * (of course with understanding that they don’t want a bunch of teens to come in and destroy their place- totally get that- but we obviously weren’t that.) Overall, the condo was very nice and clean and we had a great experience once we were there- just be prepared to answer to the owners and make sure they like you and feel assured before you’re allowed to stay in their place- something I’ve never experienced before. Side note - they only give you one roll of toilet paper and say you’re responsible if you need any more- thought that was a little stingy for something every human is going to need. Also no shampoos or soaps or anything like that in showers so bring your own!

Beautiful home and neighborhood

We absolutely loved staying at Coastal Palms!!! Daily our big decision was beach or pool and we usually did both! With the use of the golf cart we went to beach access points where we could drive that!! Property was clean and looked just like it is pictured online. Hosts were communicative both pre vacation and during to make sure our stay was comfortable. The only couple of things I would say are plan to buy toilet paper and paper towels. My family of four cooks daily in the kitchen and hangs out so we went through the supplied amount quickly. (2 rolls of toilet paper and two rolls of paper towels weren’t enough for us). The local Walmart delivers so I had everything we needed sent over!! Also Alessia let us know as we were signing the rental agreement but you only have one parking space so to get the golf cart out we had to move our rental car each time. Not a big deal just allow yourself a second when coming and going to reposition your vehicles. Beautiful home and community and we would absolutely stay again!!! Thank you ☺️

Immaculate property

The property was immaculate and provided many fun things for the beach. The owners were always available to answer questions (very thoughtful) and they left very detailed information on how to avoid MANY fees. However, we were stressed about rules being posted everywhere and texted. We've stayed at MANY home rentals(own 5 rentals ourselves) and have never felt stressed. Bedding must be put away at arrival. We were left with sheets and a thin cotton blanket and would have preferred something with more comfort. With a 10 am checkout, it was a little stressful getting our blankets washed and put away with little time in the morning. Food and drinks aren't allowed outside the kitchen which is fine, but it's very hard with kids/teens. We were constantly asking our well mannered teens not to use the house, just felt worried the entire trip. I think it would be better to have less communication and just keep everything in the welcome book and fridge notes. We always treat home rentals as our own and have never received fines and the welcome book was plenty of information. Opening drawers and finding more rules was a lot and kept us from using the house to a full vacation experience. We spoke with a few neighbors and they said they did not have this detailed of experience at Prominence. I think this property would be more relaxing for adults only. It is beautiful and the owners put extreme thought which is wonderful but I'd recommend adults only for a relaxed experience.

Best vacation EVER!

We had the BEST time in Prominence. The location was perfect for our family of 4. The pool was beautiful, it was directly across the street to the Big Chill, which we walked to multiple evenings, and the golf cart was loaded with everything we needed for a day at the beach. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We felt very safe and made friends with many of the neighbors. We will absolutely be back next year!

Welcome to our second home. We are the owners, Eric & Aleisia Rouse. We live in Kentucky, home of the Kentucky Derby. I am an inside sales manager for GE and Aleisia manages our rental properties in Prominence. We’ve been happily married since 1984 and have two grown children. Our son, Austin, is a Bank Manager and he and his wife Meghan, an Administrative Assistant, reside in Louisville near us. They have our first grandson, Luke (6). Our daughter, Lauren, is a Physical Therapist and her husband Jacob live east of Louisville in Frankfort and have our first granddaugher Josie (newborn).
Our family has been vacationing in the Destin Florida area for more than 20 years. About 8 years ago, we discovered the 30A area and immediately fell in love with it. We really enjoy the laid-back environment and breathtaking beaches the area has to offer along with the multitude of bike trails all up and down 30A. Riding bikes is something our family really enjoys doing together.
It’s been our passion for many years to purchase a second home near the beach and now we have our own little piece of 30A! God has truly blessed us in so many ways. We certainly hope you will love and appreciate our new home as much as we do. Welcome!
