When you're at the beach it's Sea La Vie!

Our beach home is located in Cassine Village, a lovely community in Seagrove Beach right across from the ocean on 30-A. It’s just a short walk to the beach with easy access. The neighborhood amenities include 2 pools, 2 tennis courts with pickle ball, a nature trail, a private lake with fishing and picnic areas, and a basketball goal. There’s always something to do in Cassine!

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, his & her closets, a master bathroom with walk-in shower with 2 shower heads, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom also has a king bed with a flat-screen TV, and it offers private access to the second full bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a larger flat-screen TV.

The kitchen and family room are a wide-open space to enjoy some downtime and relax. The family room has a large flat-screen TV. There is a large sofa with a matching love seat for plenty of seating. The kitchen area offers a fun bistro-style table with seating for six. The kitchen is stocked with quartz countertops, stainless appliances, tons of cabinet space, and all the chef's tools you need to enjoy a nice meal after a full day at the beach.

A large screened in porch in back is accessible directly from the Master and Guest Bedroom, or from the main hallway. It has a comfortable couch and 2 chairs with a coffee table. It’s a wonderful place to sit and relax, read, enjoy a cup of coffee, or play games with the family. Just off of the screened porch is a patio area with an outdoor table for six, and a large four-burner grill for cooking all the fresh steaks and seafood you want. This is all in addition to the cozy wrap-around front porch with seating all around.

Other amenities include free wifi, washer/dryer, beach chairs & umbrellas with a wagon, beach toys, and a large outdoor storage closet for storing any of your other beach stuff or bicycles.

Seaside Beach is an easy bike ride, as well as the Publix grocery, Cumberland's convenience store, and many restaurants. 'Goatfeathers' is across the street from the neighborhood for some fantastic fresh seafood. The entrance to Cassine has a Mexican restaurant, nail salon, retail shop, urgent care, and a shop for beach toys and other items.

We have recently purchased the home so it is in excellent condition, completely renovated with all new furniture, linens, towels, TV’s and more.

You won't find a better value this close to the beach! We hope you visit Sea La Vie and fall in love with it as much as we have!

We have returned to Sea La Vie. The home is very clean and comfortable. Stephanie is a great host. Very easy to communicate. Welcome letter is very helpful, checkin and check out process - very smooth. We rode bikes to the beach (2 minutes) and walked. Very safe and beautiful area, great for families with children. Bronzini pizza nearby is our favorite.

Our family has frequently visited Cassine Village in Seagrove Beach for over 10 years. We enjoyed renovating this home and getting ready for fun times in Seagrove Beach for our family and others. We love riding bikes & walking in the morning, hanging out at the beach during the day, and feasting at many of the local restaurants in the evening. We often visit nearby Seaside and Rosemary beach but prefer a quiet day in Cassine Village and cooking out for dinner.

Why they chose this property

We've stayed in 2 other homes in Cassine, a condo on the beach, a town home down the road, and a large home for a family reunion. After spending time up and down the panhandle, Cassine is our favorite place, and this is our favorite home.
