When you're at the beach it's Sea La Vie!

Our beach home is located in Cassine Village, a lovely community in Seagrove Beach right across from the ocean on 30-A. It’s just a short walk to the beach with easy access. The neighborhood amenities include 2 pools, 2 tennis courts with pickle ball, a nature trail, a private lake with fishing and picnic areas, and a basketball goal. There’s always something to do in Cassine!

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, his & her closets, a master bathroom with walk-in shower with 2 shower heads, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom also has a king bed with a flat-screen TV, and it offers private access to the second full bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, a flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray/DVD player.

The kitchen and family room are a wide-open space to enjoy some downtime and relax. The family room has a large flat-screen TV with Blu-ray/DVD player. There is also a queen sleeper sofa with a matching love seat for plenty of seating. The kitchen area offers a fun bistro-style table with seating for six. The kitchen is stocked with quartz countertops, stainless appliances, tons of cabinet space, and all the chef's tools you need to enjoy a nice meal after a full day at the beach.

A large screened in porch in back is accessible directly from the Master and Guest Bedroom, or from the main hallway. It has a comfortable couch and 2 chairs with a coffee table. It’s a wonderful place to sit and relax, read, enjoy a cup of coffee, or play games with the family. Just off of the screened porch is a patio area with an outdoor table for six, and a large four-burner grill for cooking all the fresh steaks and seafood you want. This is all in addition to the cozy wrap-around front porch with seating all around.

Other amenities include free wifi, washer/dryer, beach chairs & umbrellas with a wagon, 2 bicycles, beach toys, and a large outdoor storage closet for storing any of your other beach stuff or bicycles.

Seaside Beach is an easy bike ride, as well as the Publix grocery, Tom Thumb, and many restaurants. 'Goatfeathers' is across the street from the neighborhood for some fantastic fresh seafood. The entrance to Cassine has a Mexican restaurant, Pizza place, ice cream shop, and a shop for beach toys and other items.

We have recently purchased the home so it is in excellent condition, completely renovated with all new furniture, linens, towels, TV’s and more.

You won't find a better value this close to the beach! We hope you visit Sea La Vie and fall in love with it as much as we have!

Beautiful, well maintained, clean, spacious, home in a quiet and friendly neighborhood within a short walking distance to the beach. I would definitely stay here again. We have been renting in this neighborhood for several years and all the homes are meticulously maintained. The owner was very responsive and friendly. We loved our week of paradise!

Great family time

We have returned to Sea La Vie. The home is very clean and comfortable. Stephanie is a great host. Very easy to communicate. Welcome letter is very helpful, checkin and check out process - very smooth. We rode bikes to the beach (2 minutes) and walked. Very safe and beautiful area, great for families with children. Bronzini pizza nearby is our favorite.

Fantastic location for everything!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for quick access to the beach, stores, etc. The house was updated, clean and had all the essentials, plus more! There was one issue during our stay and Stephanie was right on it. We’ll be back!

Great Stay

Our family looks forward to this trip each year and the house makes it. Well appointed, clean, just a great beach cottage. Already planning again for next year too. We had friends that stayed in Stephanie’s property across the street, Sea Esta, and it was just as pleasant. See you next year 30a

Stephanie is so fast to respond and was very accommodating for our last minute trip. She moved around a lot to make our trip happen, which I really appreciate. This property is great for families with kids. We have stayed in both of her houses now and will certainly be back!

Summer vacation

We had a great time in Cassine Village, it’s a short walk to the beach and a safe place for my family . We will be coming to stay there again next year . Our host went above and beyond my expectations. She was so helpful and nice . And made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay .

Beautiful home close to the beach

We absolutely loved this cute house! It is in a wonderful location in a lovely, tree-lined neighborhood that is close to the beach. We rode bikes to Seaside several times-which was much easier than try getting to drive and park there! The kitchen was very well appointed and the house was very comfortable. The owner was very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Will definitely consider next trip!

Great Location! 5 min or less walk to beach with great location. I think the sea wall is the smallest by the house. Also there is 7000 acres of state park behind house with access 3 min walk away. This worked out well for our family of 5 with 2 toddlers, House having bikes, chairs, and other beach junk was a major plus.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Awesome place. Everything seems to be remodeled and in great shape. Open floor plan and modern amenities. The owners are great with customer service and the cool and quiet village vibe was great after a long hard day on the beach. Don’t bring chairs or umbrellas as they have you covered. My wife, son and I had a blast and we picked an absolute gem in this place.

Perfect Seagrove home!

This house was perfect for our first stay in 30A. The house is in the cutest little neighborhood- we loved the nature trails, walks and scooter rides around the neighborhood, and using the tennis courts. The provided bikes were great. We biked daily down to seaside/watercolor but loved staying in Seagrove away from the main hustle and bustle. Owner is friendly, communication was great, and house was clean and well-equipped.

Amazing!

This was our second stay at this magnificent home. Love the nearby amenities and the short walk to the beach. The only negative this visit was the cleanliness of the floors. A bit of sand was to be expected, but also lots of dirt/dust and leftover snack pieces found in the kids bedroom. We simply tidied up a bit more and then ready to enjoy paradise. Thanks so much!

Great time at Sea Le Vie

We had a memorable time at Sea Grove. The house was perfect for our family and friends. Everything was clean and new. I couldn't believe all the appliances and gadgets they had available in the kitchen. We were so close to the beach. It was only a short walk (or bike ride) to the beach and a few good restaurants. The neighborhood had a cute "home town "feel to it. We would definitely recommend this place to all our friends.

Best location and lovely home!

The listing pictures don’t do it justice! The house is much more spacious in person. We loved having a fully equipped kitchen and being walking distance to goatfeathers seafood market. The walk to the beach we did every day with a 2 and 4 year old no problem. The pool is also convenient, however we didn’t make use of it since it is not heated and it was in the low-mid 70s during our stay. We loved picking up Angelina’s pizza, ice cream (also walking distance or 1 minute drive) on our way in. My siblings stayed down the road at Seacrest and it was much more crowded. We always had a good spot at the beach. We loved the quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors! Stephanie was so easy to communicate with and made the check in process easy. If I had to make an improvement, I would suggest having additional bottom locks from the inside and a parking cover (since we had hail when we were there!) thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Home Away From Home

This is our fourth year renting Sea La Vie. I can’t imagine renting another house because this one feels like home. From all of its furnishings and kitchen appointments, it’s easy to sit back and relax. Stephanie provides bikes, a wagon, chairs and umbrellas, and a handful of beach towels. All you need to do is bring sunscreen and you’re set for a fun day at the beach. *There are toys in the shed, too, that have been left behind by previous renters. We restocked the shovels this last trip. :) Stephanie is easy to work with, super communicative, and fast with her responses. The house is a quick walk to the beach in a great neighborhood with two pools and abuts a walking trail. Yummy pizza is close by. There’s something for everyone, and like I said, Sea La Vie makes it so easy just to show up and enjoy.

Perfect Family Location

We have stayed in 30-A three times now, and this has been our favorite location by far. The neighborhood is quiet with brick-lined streets and walking trails nearby. Our kids could ride their bikes on the road without fear of being hit. The neighborhood pool is connected to the property with a darling little path in the backyard, making it easy to skip off to the pool. The beach is only a couple blocks away, and we were pleased to find that the entrance was only two smaller flights of stairs instead of the typical 3-4 flights that you find throughout 30-A. The beach, as always, was pristine! A huge bonus of this particular home is that it was stocked with everything we needed for a day at the beach, including a cart to haul everything there. The home itself is absolutely stunning with high ceilings, wood floors, and spacious bedrooms. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The wrap-around porch in the front and the screened-in porch in the back were perfect places for our morning coffee, or to watch the occasional rain storm. We loved staying in this home and would highly recommend it to any family! We will be back for sure!

Our family has frequently visited Cassine Village in Seagrove Beach for over 10 years. We enjoyed renovating this home and getting ready for fun times in Seagrove Beach for our family and others. We love riding bikes & walking in the morning, hanging out at the beach during the day, and feasting at many of the local restaurants in the evening. We often visit nearby Seaside and Rosemary beach but prefer a quiet day in Cassine Village and cooking out for dinner.

Why they chose this property

We've stayed in 2 other homes in Cassine, a condo on the beach, a town home down the road, and a large home for a family reunion. After spending time up and down the panhandle, Cassine is our favorite place, and this is our favorite home.

What makes this property unique
