Welcome to “The Sweet Southern Juan”, a charming and newly updated Old Seagrove Beach House just steps from the sugar-white sands and turquoise waters of Florida’s Emerald Coast. This premium, walk-to-beach location is less then half a block from the San Juan beach access offering an easy 2 minute stroll to the waves.

Perfectly situated along Scenic Highway 30A, “The Sweet Southern Juan” blends classic coastal character with modern comfort in a quiet, family and luxury-friendly neighborhood.

The entire living space is on the second floor including a private balcony overlooking joyful San Juan beach goers. Sit back and relax in an atmosphere providing for that freeing, vacation spirit with relaxing coastal breezes.

The open-concept layout features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with table and bar seating, and a large inviting living room—perfect for recharging before dinner after a day at the beach. With plenty of natural light and thoughtful updates throughout, this home feels both cozy and refreshed.

Bikes are provided but should you wish to rent any additional items or services ie; electric bicycles or golf carts, chairs and umbrellas there are numerous companies around 30A that you can contact for reservations ahead of your stay.

*Please note: While this is a single house, there are two independent floors. Downstairs there is a small, one bedroom guest quarter isolated from the main level with a seperate entry access. This downstairs unit is occupied occasionally. Any inquiries regarding downstairs guest quarters availability or occupancy are welcome.
