Excellent rental in a prime location

We stayed here for a few nights in July for Downhill riding, hiking and relaxing at Sun Peaks and it was excellent for our family of 4.

Loved this condo. It was the perfect setup for my friend and I to reconnect. It was stocked with everything. The beds were comfortable and we didn't hear a noise at night. The deck was cozy, we used the bar-b-que, fire pit and hot tub. It is right in the heart of Sun Peaks. We roamed into the shops, restaurants and art show. Loved it!

Perfect spot for a ski holiday

Right across the village and less than a minute walk to the ski out and ski down to the village, this place has everything you need for a get away. We’ll equipped kitchen, great hot tub and patio. Clean and well maintained.

Perfect Location

This condo was spotless and very convenient! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in the village. We didn't take advantage of the kitchen because we dined out for all meals, but it appeared to be well appointed. We would love to stay here again next time we are in the area.

Perfect Condo for 2 Couples

The condo was beautiful and well equipped. The location is ideal as well…just a short walk across the street to ski in and out. Once you park in the garage you can leave your car and walk to all shops and restaurants. The hot tub on the deck was a nice perk. We would definitely return!

Fantastic two bedroom condo - very well appointed with high end kitchen supplies, different types of dryers for ski gear, hot tub, steam shower, fire pit, easy access to village and lifts, the list goes on!!! Planning to come back next season.

Family of five for annual race weekend.

This was the best property we have stayed in a Sun Peaks. With three kids, the bunk set up was perfect, and the additional dryer was a nice touch! My only complaint is the hot tub was not cleaned during our stay, which it said it would be done daily. Otherwise, we will stay here again for sure!

We had 5 people staying for 10nights. So much room, very clean, most condiments, coffee station a hit!! Hot tub used each day. Very central place to stay. Will be back ! From Aussies.

Had a fabulous stay in 204 Kookaburra Lodge. Condo was beautiful! Many extras like hot tub, steam shower, washer/dryer that made our stay very comfortable. The condo looks into the forest & ravine where you can hear the soothing sound of the brook below. Centrally located. Condo has everything you need including an espresso maker! Highly recommend this property.

Great Unit, Great Location

This unit comes with everything you need to make you feel at home. No air conditioning for the summer, but the unit has plenty of fans and fresh air on a green belt that keeps the unit fairly cool. There is a spa located in on the main floor of the building for those looking for some extra relaxation. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely incredible

This was the nicest property I’ve ever stayed at through Vrbo. It was in an excellent location. It had everything we could have needed. It was so beautiful. We were sad to leave. Only hiccup — just because I like to have info —- the check in package came while I was on the road… just have time to read the package a little earlier would have been nice. I thought I was doing something wrong when I wasn’t able to enter the combo lock at the unit at 3:55. It’s not open until 4:00. This is all outlined in the package… that’s the only minuscule negative and it equates to two minutes of confusion. Resolved and melted away the second we opened the door. Just a gorgeous special spot. Loved it!!!

We had an amazing experience. Everything was super clear they had everything we needed and wanted. I would definitely recommend this suite to others. The hot tub we took so much advantage of. The beds were super comfortable. Information that was given was super straightforward. We had an amazing time. It also snowed which I was super happy about as winter is my favorite season so that was a nice touch. I showed my mom a picture from the window in the dining room, that looked like it could have been a painting on the wall. With the snow in the trees. Short summer get-away in Sun Peaks

Property is as advertised. Spacious condo. Excellent location. Rec Centre is right across the street. Kitchen is really well equipped. It was lovely to hear the creek while sitting on the deck drinking morning coffee. Very private. Wonderful to have the hot tub to enjoy.
