Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no elevator), it features a lovely 80 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a 15 m² balcony. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The apartment comprises
- 80 m² air-conditioned living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A shared 10×6 m swimming pool, open all year round and heated from May 15 to September 30 (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is secured by an alarm.
- A 15 m² balcony overlooking the pool, with furniture to enjoy the warm weather.

The apartment is ideally located in Beaucaire, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
