Would be good to know that the downstairs bedroom with bunk beds is not really a bedroom. No closet and shares a bathroom with another room.

Wonderful property and the location was perfect for our family with the young grandchildren. Paul was very responsive and helpful when I reached out. We loved the front porch area overlooking the ocean. House it set up well with all you need. Nice having towels and beach towels available! We enjoyed our stay and are currently talking about book again for next year if we can settle in a week.

This house has it all! The hosts are so kind and communicated so well. The views of the ocean are spectacular. The pool is big and well maintained. We enjoyed the picnic table outside along with all of the chairs and the putting greens beside the pool. The whole house is well furnished and clean. We could just not say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. We stayed with 8 adults and 6 children. We spent so much time at the house and did not leave much besides going out to the beach and getting food/groceries. We did lots of cooking in the kitchen and enjoyed the huge table to eat at while enjoying the view of the ocean. There are 2 beach accesses both in close proximity which was so nice with young kids. We are already planning our next stay!

Communication with the host was excellent. Any questions I had were answered immediately. The property was perfect for my family of 12. Kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to prepared any meal we had while there.The location was PERFECT with easy access to the beach which was less crowded than other locations on OIB. The beach view from the house was an added bonus as we could either sit at the large kitchen table or outside in the Adirondack chairs where we could hear and sea the surf.My family has spent many summers at OIB but no other location matched this one we had for the week. EVERYONE in my family loved the location, the house, the pool and the view. We will definitely be staying at this location again. I cannot express enough how wonderful it was and how much we loved the location and all amenities.

This worked out really well for us. It’s very close to the beach and 11 of us fit nicely in the bedrooms. The pool was great!

Great location!

The house was very clean and in a great location! We basically had almost the whole beach to ourselves. Pool was heated and the beach towels provided were convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic view

This beach house had everything we needed for a great relaxing vacation. The view alone was worth every penny! It’s a very short walk to the beach and the private pool is amazing. We would stay again!

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay, we had 15 family members including several children and we had plenty of room. The house had everything we needed, the location was perfect and the pool was always a good time! We will definitely be back!

Great Family Vacay Spot

We really enjoyed our stay. We were close to two beach access points. The games in the basement were great for the older kids. House was clean and looked like the photos. The host was responsive and sent someone to fix the minor issues with the grill and shower door within a day. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
