This is a terrific house for vacation, right on the beach - the rooms were all good sized and kitchen was very well stocked with all the wares you could think of. The cleaners did miss one of the bathrooms, but not a big deal and I know one of the Hill’s would have been right over to take care of it if asked. The beach has eroded some from the recent storms, but the clean sand and no seaweed to be seen made up for it. The dolphin sightings in the morning and late afternoon was always a treat. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Group House

We had an amazing stay here for two weeks. Everything was exactly as described. The house was beautifully decorated and well cleaned upon arrival. The host was easy to contact and checked in to make sure our stay was going well and if we needed anything. We look forward to renting again next year!

Can’t wait to stay again!

All seven members of our family agreed that this is our favorite Brunswick area beach house of all time! We’ve been renting at least twice a year for 15 years, so it’s a high bar. The beautiful pictures don’t do the house justice. The finishes are high end, and beautifully maintained. Furniture and beds are very comfortable, and the whole home is so nicely equipped. The game room was a kid favorite, and the beautiful view and short walk to the ocean was the adult favorite! We loved that it was on a quiet end of the island, but still easily accessible by car to shops and restaurants.Communication from the host was top-notch, and checkout was incredibly easy without a long list of tasks to complete.We all can’t wait to stay here again.

Great house in great location!

We loved the house and just steps to the beach! Clean, well equipped, great beds, wonderful air conditioning, two full size refrigerators, washer/dryer. Every amenity you could ask for! Outside of some bad weather our stay was wonderful! The only thing we were bummed about is we could not get the arcade games to work even after following the instructions. Teens, adults, multiple people spent a fair amount of time trying since we were stuck inside for a couple of days. We reached out to the management company but with the tropical storm we figured they had much larger issues to contend with. Overall excellent property! Highly recommend!

Great location but it's a shared common space

The property is very clean and fresh and nicely decorated. The property has a small sandy area behind the dunes which was very nice for playing and relaxing. The porch swing was also very nice. The bedrooms were clean and big with comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean and working. The property is beachfront with amazing views and quick and easy access to the beach with only 3 steps off the porch. The host was welcoming and communicated quickly. One thing that was NOT noted on the listing is that the back porch and sandy yard" are connected to the house next door so we had to share the common space with another party. Although, the party was mostly respectful it was awkward and we should have known this before booking the house. We brought our own beach supplies but there was an outdoor cabinet with lots of beach supplies. The wooden deck was dry and many of us got several slivers so I would recommend a pair of flops at all times on the deck.

Family vacation in Ocean Isle

The property was fantastic - great location on the island - oceanfront, a little farther down the island where the beach doesn’t get crowded, comfortable for our group of 5 adults and 4 children. The house was ideal for families with young children, including a gait at the top of the stairs both inside and outside and toys for the beach. There were two issues with our stay that I would mention: First, shortly after we arrived an exterminator came to spray the inside of the house. We had 4 children under 4 in our group and I would never have chosen to stay in a place that had just been sprayed had I known. Second, the listing said EV charging was available and I called to confirm this ahead of time, but there was no charging cord (just an outlet). This was a considerable inconvenience because the nearest supercharger was about 40 miles away. Despite these issues, we had a terrific vacation!

This house was a dream for our family beach trip! The proximity to the beach is amazing, the beach view from the porch was beautiful, and our kids loved the sand/beach area off the porch. It was nice to be able to hang out and have a drink at the end of day while the kids played in the sand. They really utilized the space well and our family of 14 never felt cramped. We really appreciated the extra beach toys and the fact that the house was stocked with essentials like laundry supplies, baggies, etc. (We used what we brought but it was nice that those things were available if needed) Would definitely stay here again!
