The owners of the house were always there when you needed anything. House was clean and had everything you would want to relax and enjoy the beach and the beautiful view. Been visiting there for years and look forward to many more.

For several summers we have been fortunate to return to the Yellow Submarine for a family vacation. We return because the hosts, Ken and Betty are terrific! The Yellow Sub is on the beach. The house is clean. We have plenty of space. The home is smartly stocked for a family visiting on vacation. The pool is a great spot that the grandkids and all really enjoy when off the beach. The house is designed and furnished so the family of 12 enjoys plenty of space and we can all be together for meals. The Yellow Sub has a nice porch off the main level with a great view of the ocean. Our family, especially grandkids, will always cherish our vacations at the Yellow Submarine. We will treasure our family memories at the Yellow Submarine forever. As long as we are fortunate enough to do so, we will try to return to the Yellow Submarine for more great family vacations!

We have vacationed at the Yellow Sub for several years . Ken and Betty, the owners, continue to work to improve the guest experience each year. Inside and out, the Yellow Sub is very clean. The beach access is fantastic! It is a perfect destination for our family vacations. We love staying at the Yellow Sub.

Perfect getaway

It has everything you could want ….an elevator to load your luggage, groceries and loved ones who struggle with stairs, a wonderful heated pool, a large stocked kitchen, covered porch, easy access to the beach, the list goes on. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is the second year that we rented this beautiful home for a girls' trip. Ken and Betty are fabulous hosts, and are very quick to respond to any inquiries. Check in is easy, and the house is absolutely divine! It is the perfect house for a large group! There were issues with beach erosion this year, and getting down on the beach was a little difficult, but that is attributed to nature. There was about a 3 foot drop from the end of the boardwalk to the beach, which was very narrow. We called the city, and they said they couldn't do anything about it. The owners can't help that. I hope that Ocean Isle will address this problem in the future. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, and laundry pods and dishwasher tabs are provided. The pantry is well organized. We booked our trip for 2027 before heading home!

We all fit in the Yellow Submarine

The Yellow Submarine is our go to annual girls trip home! I can't say enough about how perfect the homes is for our group which is why we book it every year for the same weekend. It accommodates our every need and is always clean! And the hosts are very responsive if we need anything. Love it here and look forward to it every year!

Fantastic all the way around

This property is more than the pictures show. The rooms are large enough to move around, and the beds are not cramped together. The house was very clean and the location is fantastic. We loved every minute of our stay and would love to come back again!

This is the greatest house!

This is our 2nd year renting, and we would, never consider going anywhere else! It’s stocked with everything you need, and with the open floor plan, it accommodates large group for the dining room/living room area. It an awesome house!
