Never stayed in a VRBO & never will again. Disaster!

Upstairs residents with children allowed two children to run, bounce balls, scream from 7:00 AM til 10:00PM the horrific two nights we had to stay. Called, who we thought was owner, said he would check into it. Fire sprinkler started flooding master bedroom, utility room, kitchen. Called security, they could not do anything. Called fire dept. same response! Texted mgr. He said he would call owners? We were told to leave with fear of pipe breaking. We did! Horrific time finding a place to stay in such a short time frame. Security gates were not operable and no one in office at any time! Could go on forever but we lost valuable time on our trip, so hopefully you get the picture of our disastrous time we were there, Never again with VRBO
