Ideal for Families, Groups, Corporate Trips and Work Crews. This home has 2 Master Suites & 4 Bathrooms. With 3 King Beds, Full/Full Bunkbed & Twin and a Queen Sleeper couch we can accommodate up to 13 people easily. 2 Car Garage and a backyard for hanging out. We have Big Screen TVS and High Speed WiFi. This house is just off Powers Blvd and Constitution in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Mins to Colo Spgs Airport & Movie Theater and all restaurants & shopping.

The home was clean and in a nice neighborhood. There were a couple of things that were amiss, but the owner quickly responded and remedied them. The property needs a few updates and repairs, but overall, it was a nice place to stay.

This is a large home! Very clean. We had a couple of small issues upon arrival and the property owner responded and handled it immediately! No delays or fuss. Quiet family neighborhood 😀

House was beautiful, the cleaning people left wet hand towels on the couch, and the refrigerator down stairs was not clean. Aside from that, this was a great first experience!

Pretty good but needs some fixing up

The location was good as it was near the senior living center my parents just moved to. Home has 3 bedrooms with king size beds which is rare to find and was good for 3 couples. The home was very well stocked with cleaning supplies and coffee and some bottled water and paper supplies. Could use better soap in the bathrooms. Was not happy with the smell. Whatever deodorizer used smelled awful. I had to air the place out. A lot of things are broken. Upstairs master needs ceiling light fixed, bathroom needs towel bar. All the baseboard and trims and doors need painting. Carpet is old and needs replacing. Front door handle on storm door kept falling off. I hope the manager repairs these items. Also, not happy with check in. I travelled from New Jersey. Left my house 5:30 a.m. Arrrived at house 40 minutes before check-in and he would not give the code out to get in. Said it was due to covid cleaning requirements. According to calendar, no one stayed there before us. After a long trip getting there it was annoying to be asked to wait 40 more minutes until the 4:00 pm check in.

Sarah We won't ever let you stay at any of our homes again. We highly recommend you stay at a 5 Star Hotel. We recommend the Broadmoor Hotel This is a New VRBO House with Brand New Carpet. We knew you would be writing a review like this as all our other reviews on All Booking Sites are 5 Stars. We also told you upon Check-in if you needed anything to let us know and we would send someone over to fix or correct anything. The smell that was in the House was the Cleaning and Disinfectant and Sanitizing that was done, Your Welcome. If you need these products for your personal home, please let us know and our Housecleaners would be happy to share what they use. Once or Twice a year, we have a Guest that can't read and follow the House Rules including Check-in/Checkout time, then the guest do a white glove inspection and complain about everything! We highly recommend you follow the House Rules that you had to agree to Prior to booking our home then not complain about the rules. You can always book another home that better suites your needs, i.e. Check-in/Checkout Times!!

Feeling like home in Colorado Springs

Excellent experience. First time using VRBO and the home did not disappoint. So nice to come “home” each night rather than crashing in a hotel room. Home was clean and comfortable. Loved the kitchen table…great for family card games. Beds were comfortable and appliances were good quality. Zero complaints with this property. It does back up to a busy road, but we didn’t notice much noise. We would definitely stay here again. Great location situated near a lot of good restaurants and kinda in the middle of the springs so equidistant to a lot of area attractions.

Large Home Great Area!

Very nice clean home in quiet neighborhood. Shopping and restaurants very close. Lots of room for our group to spread out. Beds weren’t the greatest, a little hard for my liking. Would have also been nice to have had more control over the thermostat so the heat could be turned down at night. Overall nice place, and a positive experience. Will definitely consider staying again.
