About this property

Idyllic thatched cottage on the old Peene

It is a cozy holiday home for 4 people with a thatched roof on a very lovingly landscaped property with plenty of space to play and relax in the heart of the small community of Hollendorf, which is located directly on the old Peene opposite the Großer Wotig nature reserve. It has been completely modernized and is furnished with love.

On the ground floor there is a hallway / porch, cozy living and dining room, kitchen and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads up to the 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed.

Bicycles are available for relaxed excursions in the area. A boat rental (even without a boat license) is 350m from the house. There are toys and a sandpit for children. Of course, there is also a barbecue area.

The immediate proximity to the city of Wolgast as a gateway to the island of Usedom offers the opportunity to use a variety of tourist attractions or to spend relaxing days on the beach (information material available in the house).

The neighboring towns of Freest, Lubmin & Wolgast offer shopping and various restaurants as well as a beautiful beach and a traditional fishing port. A regular ferry offers the opportunity to cross to Usedom by bike.

gemütliches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung

In dem liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienhaus fehltes uns an nichts. In dem wunderbar verwinkeltem Garten ließ es sich in aller Ruhe frühstücken. Und mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern konnten wir tolle Ausflüge in der Gegend unternehmen. Danke, dass wir bei Ihnen unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen konnten.

Retreat unterm Reetdach

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem gut ausgestatteten Häuschen mit dem fantastischen Garten sehr genossen. Alles, was wir für einen entspannten Urlaub brauchten, haben wir vorgefunden. Die Wendeltreppe nach oben stellte für uns kein Problem dar, aber könnte für motorisch eingeschränkte Personen eine Hürde sein. Das Haus eignet sich gut als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren und Ausflüge nach Usedom, Greifswald und vieles mehr. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und nett. Wir bedanken uns sehr für diese schöne Woche.

Eine erholsame Woche an der Peene

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in diesem gemütlichen Häuschen und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Alles ist sehr liebevoll hergerichtet und sauber! Unsere Mädels haben gerne mit dem Lego gespielt. Das Kanu haben wir für eine tolle Tour nach Karlshagen genutzt, sehr empfehlenswert! Wir hatten unsere eigenen Fahrräder dabei und haben die Gegend erkundet. Auch die Insel Usedom ist gut erreichbar. Einziges Manko: die Mücken! Abends im Garten sitzen war kaum möglich.

Erholsamer Urlaub in Hollendorf

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich bis auf ein paar tote Insekten an der Decke. Diese fanden den Aufenthalt dort nicht so gut ;) Ansonsten war das Haus gut ausgestattet. Eventuell bedarf es dem Garten etwas Rückschnitt. Hollendorf ist ein guter abgeschiedener Startpunkt um die Gegend zu erkunden. Besonders erfreulich war die Bekanntschaft mit Mähroboter Robi, der stets pünktlich die Wiese bearbeitete. Einziges Manko sind die Hühner und der Hahn auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Diese wecken die Nutzer des Kinderzimmers hervorragend ab 04:30 Uhr. Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr empfehlenswert.

Komplikationslose Buchung und Check-in. Unterkunft alsehr liebevoll, gemütlich und sauber. Entfernung zum nächsten Strand in Freest oder Lubmin nur ca 10-15 min. Autofahrt und im Gegensatz zu den ganzen Badestränden auf Usedom sehr überschaubar, ruhig und keinesfalls überlaufen... Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub, auch gerade wegen der gemütlichen Unterkunft

Unser Urlaub an der Peene war sehr entspannend. Fahrrad fahren, Spaziergänge und Baden, ein Ausflug nach Stralsund und Greifswald, mit der Fähre nach Usedom. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten. In Haus "Lieschen" haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und fehlt an nichts. In dem idyllischen Garten kann man wunderbar die Seele baumeln lassen.

7 Tage heile Welt

Kleines süsses Haus mit zauberhaftem Garten. Alles vorhanden, alles sehr gepflegt. Fahrräder vorhanden. Wäre auch mit Kind super gewesen. Kinderzimmer sogar mit Spielzeug. Bißchen abgelegen aber für uns genau richtig. Grillen und chillen im Garten. Kleiner Teich, schöne Flora, Mähroboter.... Für schlechtes Wetter auch Gesellschaftsspiele und Fernseher vorhanden. Haus sehr einladend und liebevoll dekoriert. Küche gut ausgestattet und sauber! Privatsphäre total Absolut empfehlenswert!

Süßes kleines Häuschen an der Peene

Wunderbares Kleines Häuschen mit tollem, zugewachsenen Garten. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht: kleine Küche, hübsches wohn- und Esszimmer, zwei kleine süße Schlafzimmer oben, eines davon ein Kinderzimmer mit schönen Spielsachen! Sogar Fahrräder und einen Kindersitz gibt es und genug Gartenspielzeug. Danke liebe Gastgeber!

Gemütliches kleines Häuschen in einem schönen Garten

Wir haben die Woche zu zweit hier sehr genossen. Die ruhige Lage, der idyllische Garten, das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus und das schöne Wetter haben dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Schade ist nur, dass man im Ort nicht mehr ans Wasser kommt.

Bester Platz für eine Auszeit

Kleines schönes Reetdachhaus, versteckt in einem wunderschönen Garten. Es fehlte an nichts. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war angenehm und unkompliziert. Nachbarn sind entfernt nur zu hören aber nicht zu sehen. Leider haben die Nachbarn keinen leisen Mähroboter. Leider kommt man auch nicht ohne Tel. Anmeldung (Hafenwart) an den örtlichen Anleger an der alten Peene ..um das Kanu einzusetzen oder eine Runde zu schwimmen. Aber über alles die perfekte Location im mitten im Grünen zu entspannen. Zum 2.mal einen sehr schönen Urlaub genossen. In dem kleinen Ferienhaus fehlte uns an nichts.

Das schöne Grundstück - auf dem das Auto mit stehen kann- die Fahrräder, der nette und sofortige Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, das lieb eingerichtete Haus, diese wirklich sehr ruhige Lage- und trotzdem nicht zu weit weg von der nächsten Stadt, ist für uns Ideal. Bestimmt kommen wir wieder. Übrigens - für Kinder braucht man kein Spielzeug mitbringen, es ist reichlich da! Vielen lieben Dank!!

Entspannungsurlaub mit der Familie

Bei diesem Ferienhaus handelt es sich um ein kleines ruhiges sauberes und sehr idyllisches Urlaubsdomizil. Hier kann man gut vom Alltäglichen Stress entspannen, hat kurze Fahrtwege nach Peenemünde und Zinnowitz und ist durch Art der Bepflanzung des Grundstückes sehr privat.

Es hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen, auch wenn das Wetter nicht ganz so gut mitgespielt hat. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundlichkeit der Vermieter (kleines Begrüßungspräsent) und die nette, unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Die Fahrräder ermöglichten uns kleine und große Fahrradtouren. Sehr empfehlenswert (insbesondere für Familien mit Kindern)
