This gorgeous, cozy and stylish home sits on a deep flag lot in East Hampton Village and is just a short 5-minute walk to town where you will find popular restaurants, art galleries, a public park/playground, shopping as well convenient public transportation stops (train and bus)! If you prefer to slip away to the ocean beaches, it's only 1.5 miles away to the village beaches! This home is recently remodeled and has everything you will need for a great stay. It hosts excellent indoor and outdoor audio, a large BBQ grill, firepit, heated pool, and a spa. Indoors the home is well appointed with 4 bedrooms, 3 new full baths, and a finished basement which includes a gym, and gaming tables (pool, foosball, and poker). Feel like going out on a boat for a few hours? We got you covered! We have a licensed captain, a luxury boat and are now offering boat chartering exclusively to our guests. You won't have to worry about weather or waiting for an available time, we will cater to your schedule.

Home Away from Home

Impressive thought process went into creating this vacation home. Alluring, charming, and delicately put together from the coffee, tea, wine, to the iRobot vacuum that cleans the floor while you enjoy and relax. It is located close to shopping stores and restaurants. Thoughtful necessities around the house; a real gym, pool table etc. This is a naturally fresh and clean environment that makes you feel relax and loved - as if the owners were caring for family! Fabulous week in east!

Fabulous stay and boat ride with the owner! Perfect location and the most organized home we have ever rented! We would happily return to any of Davis and Alyson’s properties!

A lovely house near town

The house was exactly as pictured, clean and well equipped. Davis and Allison were both lovely and super helpful; Davis’ boat for charter was also a wonderful experience!
