The holiday home, near Bergerie beach

Beautiful Provençal house of 90 m2, located on the Giens peninsula, surrounded by a private garden, with trees and flowers of 1000 m2. The ground floor has a dining room, a living room, a kitchen, upstairs, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. The house is ideally located next to one of the most beautiful beaches in Hyeres, and 5 minutes by car from the Tour Fondue pier where boats will take you to the Golden Islands. It nestles in a green setting composed of typically Mediterranean vegetation guaranteeing both visual and olfactory pleasure, as well as soothing freshness during the two summer months. The interior is equipped with all the necessary comforts to make you feel at home. You will benefit from WiFi internet access. Travelers will have access to a magnificent private garden, full of flowers and typically Mediterranean plants: palm trees, eucalyptus, pines, cypresses, citrus fruits and olive trees.... A parking space is provided to accommodate three cars. This one is also intended to serve as a pétanque court. We are available to our tenants and will be present upon their arrival to welcome them and help them settle in. The area is very pleasant and the presence of small local shops invites the traveler to leave their car behind. You can go get your bread and croissants on foot every morning, in season, if you wish. In addition, the nearby UCPA center offers you all the water activities available: windsurfing, kite surfing, dinghy sailing, canoeing. Our accommodation is close to the airport (5 minutes by car) and the train station (15 minutes).
