Casa Lobotepe is the largest unit in the compound called "Cabañas Lobotepe", and offers magnificent views. It is characterized by its massive 50m²/538ft² tropical hard-wood deck. Both of the 2 bedrooms boast a spectacular panorama of the bay.

The interior is an open floor-plan 48m²/516ft² kitchen/livingroom area plus a mezzanine of 18m²/193ft². There is a walk-in closet/storage room as well and 2 full bathrooms, one with hot water. The total inside/outside living area is 140m²/1500ft².

From the entrance/private parking of Cabañas Lobotepe, there is a 40m/131ft path with steps through the garden leading to the house. Under the deck there are 2 apartments, the Trono and the Cueva.
