Your holiday home is a two-story villa with 357m2 living space. The High-quality furnishings in Asian style leave nothing to be desired. The large saltwater pool (no chlorine smell & especially skin-friendly), is south facing. It can be heated by a solar heating or a particularly economical heat pump.
The view from the pool deck is unique because the villa is located on one of the widest canals in southeast Cape Coral. Even better is the view from the Observation Deck, which is located above the bedroom on the 1st floor. From this cozy spot you can watch the sunsets.
In the house itself, including all bathrooms have travertine stone floors. The owners have saved no expense in building the house. Everything is high quality and very tastefully furnished.
The living area is completely open and can be opened with 27-foot sliding doors to expand the living area. Whether you sit inside and still feel like you are outside, or outside and still be close to what is going on in the house, you always feel comfortable.
The house is especially suitable for several couples or families with older children, the design layout makes it possible to be together or separate from each other at times. Each room has its own outdoor area, with a separate sitting area. It is also worth mentioning that "The Beachwalk" offers an above average level of privacy. Both neighboring houses have their pool and sitting area to the other side giving you full privacy in the outdoor space.
The Villa is in the so-called Yacht Club area and only one block away from the river. You can reach the river by boat in roughly 2 minutes. It is an absolute top location for boaters. A boat gas station is just around the corner. But not only boaters love the ideal location of this villa. You can walk to the beach of Cape Coral and the restaurant "The Boathouse of Cape Coral". You can even reach all shops for daily necessities by bike. The house is located at the end of a dead-end street. This guarantees absolute silence. In the evening, the only sounds you hear are from mother nature.
Because of the proximity to the river, you can expect to see dolphins quite often. They regularly hunt for fish under the adjoining boat docks. With a little luck, you will also be able to watch manatees, as they often graze in the canal.
The 36-foot-long pool with 3 built-in bar stools has an outdoor whirlpool.
The villa has 3 separately adjustable climate zones.
Facebook and Co. can be used on all TV sets, because all TV sets have a Smart TV surface. You do not need a computer. Each TV has a hard disk player filled with a lot of movies and series.
A Sonos system is installed throughout the house and on the terraces. You can listen to the same music throughout the house and outside or control each room individually. You can integrate your own smart phone into the Sonos system. If you do not have a smart phone, you can use the iPad available in the house. If you do not want to use the Sonos system, you can connect an iPhone to the music system using the docking station installed in your home.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and will be charged according to consumption and collected at check-out.

Barbecue enthusiasts will love the Weber Genesis 600 Grill. It makes your steak extra crispy.
Should you ever get bored, just play a game of billiards or use one of the board and card games available in the house.
4 kayaks are also available free of charge. Explore the canals and stay fit.
No Smoking - Smoking is strictly forbidden in the villa.
A boat can be rented at time of booking. The existing dock with boat lift is only available for boats rented through our agency.

On site you will be looked after by our German and English speaking property management. Pets are not allowed.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.
