Come home to relax in our thoughtfully equipped 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home minutes away from the world famous falls. A 10 minute walk to the top of Clifton Hill, with tons of exciting attractions, must-try restaurants and lively bars. In the warmer months, enjoy the backyard with patio furniture and a BBQ.

We provide 3 beds, 2 pack n play cribs and 2 futons accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably. There is an ensuite bathroom accessed from the master bedroom, an additional bathroom with tub/shower combination and a main floor powder room.

Our kitchen is equipped with all basic appliances and utensils for your use including coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, baking dishes and more.

We also provide a Smart TV with Netflix and other apps in the living room and a flat screen TV in the master bedroom with Roku. Note that you do need your own accounts for Netflix, though there are other free TV apps available.

Convenient location

The house was plenty comfortable and convenient to all the activities in and around the Falls. Other than a day at the wineries, we kept the car parked in the driveway and walked everywhere. Would recommend the property to anyone looking for accommodations in the greater Falls area.

Welcoming updated place

This was a very convenient updated home in a historic neighborhood with lots of amenities. Alisa was very responsive to any questions we had. Walkable or a short drive to all Niagara has to offer. Quiet neighborhood and we could glimpse the nightly fireworks from the front porch.

Stay near the falls

This property was awesome. We were very close to the falls. We were close enough to walk an I'm disabled. It is a very quiet neighborhood. I would stay there again tomorrow. The home was very clean. It felt like a home away from home. The owner was very responsive and did not hesitate to answer any questions. You can't go wrong with this stay.
