Heritage House with Hot tub, Sauna, Fire Pit on Private yard

A stunning original heritage house set on a very large private secluded lot. The house has retained all of it's original charm. The house is surrounded by 100 yr old trees, perennial gardens and many of the local birds.

The interior has been restored to it's original beauty. The house has a very large eat-in kitchen and separate dining room, a very large double living room and 4 large bedrooms. The house is kept very clean.

There is two full washrooms on the second floor and one washroom on the main floor.

The private, fenced backyard is landscaped with wrap around gardens, and large outdoor deck, BBQ area and 6 person hot tub and 4 person outdoor sauna. The outdoor deck has a seating area adjacent to the bbq and hot tub.

The kitchen has a summer sunroom perfect for a romantic dining area for two overlooking the backyard.

The long driveway has plenty of parking. Easy access from the highway.

The historic and downtown tourist areas are just 2 minutes away including the falls and casinos.

A great stay overall. The house has a ton of character, it’s quiet inside despite being located right next to highway 420. The kitchen is well equipped, the yard is pleasant, with a fire pit, large jacuzzi and sauna. It’s walking distance to the falls (20-minute walk). The kind size bed is quite soft, the others quite firm, so consider this in your room allocation. Overall we highly recommend this place for large groups.

The house and property were just as beautiful as described everything that our party of five with one little dog was at out fingertips. The yard was securely fenced in with no worries about our 6 pound Chihuahua getting out. The home is spacious with plenty of places for the family to get together or spread out. There is a bit of noise in the back yard from being backed up against the 420 roadway but wit the ivy covered sound wall there it is not so bad and still very quiet in the house. The furnishings are all comfortable and tastefully done, encouraging the family to gather together and enjoy. The closeness to all the attractions makes this location very appealing for every age. I hope that the Heritage House is still available if we plan another family trip back to the area.

The Heritage House was amazing! The unmentioned amenities were the best: white noise speakers, rain ponchos, plenty of towels for the hot tub and sauna, wine and chocolates, games, plenty of dishes and glasses. The backyard was private and relaxing.The home looks exactly like the photos, clean and well stocked. There was enough space to have some private time. The location is close to the Niagara Falls attractions, but far enough not to deal with extra traffic. Many eateries nearby and anything else that is needed. We would definitely stay again and recommend staying at the Heritage House.

The hosts were awesome, had a great time with friends and family. All the supplies were in abundance, hot-tub and Sauna were the highlights of the whole stay, rooms were spacious. Kitchen has stove, coffee maker and all other utensils to cook and enjoy meals. Definitely recommend the stay to anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation and want to enjoy the Niagara falls.

The house was easy to find, very clean with lots of great amenities! We were a party of eight women, lots of room to spread out, cook and enjoy meals and relax. This stay was perfect. Had everything we needed for a nice relaxed stay. We were 8 guys on a golf trip. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax. It came with everything we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms and washrooms.

Great Little Cottage

We absolutely could not have asked for a better property to stay. So close to all Niagara has to offer. Complete privacy for sauna and hot tub. Comfortable accommodations and plenty of extras the hosts include! The hosts were very responsive and communicated everything down to every detail. I would definitely book this property again for another trip to the falls!!
