Appartement vétuste

Appartement vétuste. A notre arrivée le ménage n'avais pas été fait. Le manage a été fait en 5 min en contournant tout les meubles et objets. Nous avons pris un coup de jus suite à une prise défectueuse. Sinon l'appartement est bien situé par rapport à la mer. Il y a un petit km pour allez au port pour les restaurants et petites boutiques. Je pense qu'un coup de rafraîchissement peux etre nécessaire.

Notre deux critères. 1• les moustique 2• les escaliers ♡ on a passé une super vacances je compte ou nous comptons revenir soit cette hiver soit l'été prochain ravi de faire connaissance avec interhome. Ou non bien aimé Le Grau-du-Roi.

L'accès au 4e étage est le seul point négatif avec la vétusté des ustensiles de cuisine et de la literie. Néanmoins un très bon emplacement près des commerces et de la mer. Superbe vue de la terrasse.

Assez bonne location

Équipement vétuste mais appartement très bien situé . Il manque une machine à laver. Mériterait d etre un peu moins chere.
