About this property

150m from the beach Roquilles, fully renovated apartment with private parking.

Located in a cul-de-sac, on the ground floor of a small, quiet co-property, with quick and easy beach access.

Restaurants, ice cream shops and shops available 10min walk, thanks to the ferry (available for free all summer) and 20min by touring the port.

Sleeps 6 with up to 4 adults.
A room with a bed 140, a cabin with a bunk bed of 90 and a sofa bed in the living room (doors to 2 bedrooms).
The kitchen is equipped with: microwave, fridge with freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and espresso machine (dolce gusto).
The living / dining room (20m²) has the same as the bedroom, large windows facing south overlooking a balcony of 10 m².

All shops are at your disposal near the apartment: restaurants, tobacco, bars.

Without a car, many water and leisure activities are available on site: 150m water sports center, 15min harbor, 40min drive, good spot for kite surfing or wind surfing (except summer) and 10 minutes from a stop tram (direct access to Montpellier and ODYSSEUM)

Séjour au top

L'appartement est idéal pour des vacances proche de la plage (5mn à pied). Il est très fonctionnel, bien équipé, bien entretenu avec une place de parking privé. Parfait pour une famille avec 2 enfants. L'hôte est très accueillant Merci pour ce séjour

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous étions situés à quelques pas de la plage, et quand on a des enfants cela est bien pratique. Nous avons utilisé à plusieurs reprises le bac pour aller au port, pour nous y promener et aller au marché. L'appartement est bien pour une famille. Comme il y a eu quelques jours de canicule, la climatisation a été très utile. Avoir une place de parking privé était appréciable car le stationnement est payant. Nous sommes aussi allés à Montpellier et nos filles ont adoré l'aquarium Planet Océan de l'Odysseum. A renouveler.

Appartement confortable, bien équipé et bien situé pour profiter de la plage. Adapté aux familles. Accueil très sympathique de Luc, le propriétaire. Nous recommandons cette location :-)
