Welcome to The Grove

This is a classic 1950's Island Cottage Home in a perfect location near the Village!

This 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom home has beautiful tile throughout. The main living area offers open concept architecture that was trend-setting for it's time. Vaulted ceilings and a "fenced-in" dining room make this a really fun beach rental. Updated appliances in the kitchen make meal prep a pleasure. The Grove cottage is located within walking distance to Mallory Park and the Village/Pier Area which boasts wonderful pubs, restaurants, shops, library, beach access and a public pool, along with tennis courts, pickle ball, and a designated dog park along the way. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and has easy access to the many bicycle and walking paths that St. Simons Island has to offer.

You will love the extra gathering space in the screened porch which also leads to a deck overlooking a large fenced-in back yard, full of mature citrus trees.

Wonderful Spring Break!
We traveled from Michigan to Georgia with our dog and 2 teenagers and could not have been happier with the house! Great location, loved the screened porch especially on rainy nights, walking distance from everything including Avenue of the Oaks, beaches, ice cream, bars, etc. 5/5 from all of us…including our dog 🐶 ❤️

we enjoyed very much our stay at this rental on Delegal St.... very nice! Close to everything, and the artwork/decor was charming! We would recommend to everyone! Fenced back yard, too, and pet friendly venue which was important to us.

St. Simmons - We will definitely see us again!
The property is conveniently located and makes traveling anywhere on the Island just a short hop. Located just off the main thoroughfare, yet nestled within a nice quiet community. The layout/home of he property made for an enjoyable visit for our family of four and our two additional guest (6 total). It afforded a nice large gathering area for relaxing, while providing privacy when retiring for the evening. The master bedroom was spacious and well appointed. There were a few areas within the home which could have used some limited updating, however this did not make our stay disappointing. Would definately consider this property again.
