70 bday at Kindered Spirit!

An amazing beautiful house on the beach! Everything was perfect EXCEPT we paid 400.00 to have the pool heated for 5 days & it was only heated for our first two days😞Hopefully we will receive a refund for the 3 days we could not use the pool.

Thank you for your stay and glad you enjoyed stay. We did receive your call regarding the pool heat on the morning prior to your checkout. Our pool technician responded to check the pool heat within 2 hours and reported that the pool heat was in fact turned on and working.

Holden Beach Stay

It was good! Lots of fun on the beach. The place was a bit dated. Feels like it needs some upgrades. Stairs to ocean had nails popping up in lots of places. Not super great for small kids. Outdoor pillows on chairs are mildew/ black in some spots. For the $ would have expected more attention to detail.

Amazing!

When we pulled up... OMG.. this place is breathtaking!! We were sooooo excited! We arrived Friday evening, I never received the code to enter due to an incorrect email (no one's fault) but the after care number was available. They also have a chat available 24/7! The minute we walked in, we knew we made the right decision! This place truly felt like home, the neighborhood was amazing and it was SO QUIET!! We utilized the heated pool which wasn't heated when we arrived but was very quickly fixed. We had linens, dish soap, and a cute little welcome bag with information on the area. We especially loved all of the porches and how relaxing the vibe was. The General store is just a house or two down and the local restaurants are AMAZING! Pictures don't do this place justice! We plan on returning each year - this place is worth the money - the memories outweigh it all!

Great stay in Holden beach

The property was wonderful with such a great location. The pool was wonderful on days the beach got too windy. The outside shower was very convenient and was well maintained. The house was clean and beds were comfortable for a beach house. We never could access the wifi after several attempts. If there was a key for the outside door where beach toys were located we couldn’t find it and did trench out to the property manager but didn’t get a message back. Luckily we brought our own chairs and canopy so it didn’t affect us much. The kitchen was clean and was stocked pretty well. The house location was perfect right off the beach and next to the general store. We would book here again when visiting Holden Beach

Technology Upgrade

All good except screen door to back balcony was off and leaning against wall. WiFi and cable need upgrading. Not enough band width for all. TV picture on main TV very grainy and blurry. Cable box?
