Directly on the beautiful yacht harbor you will find your time out from the everyday in the newly renovated apartment "Kassiopeia III".
Exclusive domicile for 2 adults with child.
You are in the right place! Directly at the yacht harbor, where the maritime heart pulsates, you only have a lash of the dream beach promenade and yet with enough distance, in order to relax in peace. The 30 m² one-room apartment, located on the first floor of the house, impresses above all with the beautiful and far-reaching view of the old mill, which spills its own flair.

Enjoy the morning in the sun-drenched apartment and in the evening quiet night hours in cool sheets! The apartment is equipped with a comfortable wardrobe, consisting of two single mattresses (160/200) and a comfortable sleeping couch (ideal for children), so that they have enough space to spend their time on board with genuine Schietwedder. Enough space for your luggage is always here.

The completely newly renovated apartment with modern kitchen equipment (2 induction plates, dishwasher, microwave) leaves all possibilities open for the self-catering and the dining table has enough space to let the food melt on the tongue together.

To ensure that you can fully relax on your free days, a beach basket is available from mid-April to mid-September for the whole-day use of your stay. Whether you are digging with the next generation in the sand, or enjoying the romantic view of the Baltic Sea too far - the feeling of complete well-being will surely come to an end.

And while the sun disappears over the harbor, you can comfortably sit on the armchair or couch, close your eyes, and watch the day again.

Es war schön. Die Wohnung ist direkt am Hafen aber ohne Meeresblick.Direkt hinter dem Haus gibt es einen Tisch mit Bänke, da haben wir wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen können.Es fehlte einen Sessel und eine Leselampe für meinen Geschmack aber sonst alles gut.Die Sauberkeit war ok.

Klein aber fein! Für Paare oder Singles optimal, der Platz ist ausreichend und die Lage ist super. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts. Wer nicht viel Luxus braucht und oft unterwegs ist, für den ist diese Wohnung gut geeignet, zumal der Strandkorb direkt in Wassernähe liegt und man dort schöne ruhige Stunden verbringen kann. Die Eigentümerin der Wohnung war zudem sehr freundlich und bei Fragen immer für uns erreichbar. Gerne wieder!

Einfache, schöne und zentrale Unterkunft

Genau wie beschrieben, sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin. Toller Urlaubsort, beschaulich und trotzdem etwas los, alles gut zu erreichen. Tolle Ausflüge auch ohne Auto sind super möglich. Empfehlenswert!

Überteuert, defekt und unsauber

Zuerst das Positive: Die Lage der Wohnung direkt am Yachthafen ist super! Britts Bistro mit frischen Brötchen auch sehr schön und Laboe auch. Sehr gut der kostenlose Strandkorb in der ersten Reihe, das hat sich gelohnt. Negativ😞: Kommunikation sehr schleppend, späte Antwort und nicht umfassend die Fragen beantwortet. Z. B bekam ich bereits auf der Autobahn erst die Nachricht dass ich Geld für die Kurtaxe bar und a gezählt bereit halten soll? Angabe Inserat Bettwäsche wird bereitgestellt war falsch, da ich dafür bezahlen musste. Anreise übernahm eine Freundin der Inhaberin, welche nur schnell das Geld wollte und ansonsten nichts erklärt hat. Fenster in der Wohnung waren defekt und nur mit Gewalt zu öffnen, was meinen kaputten Schultern nicht gut tat. WOHNUNG war schmutzig, Staub und Flecken am Fußboden und Schränken. Info an Vermieterin brachte nichts. Bettcouch hatte muffligen Bezug und stinkende Kissen. Musste ich mit eigener Decke abdecken. Abfluss Küche roch nach Kloake. Geschirr war schmutzig und wurde so nicht von uns benutzt. Also eine Enttäuschung für viel Geld. Gott sei Dank war das Wetter schön und wir waren kaum in dieser Wohnung. Sehr schade?!

Modernes Appartement an zentraler Lage.

Ruhig gelegen, gute Betten, alles Notwendige vorhanden, nahe Zentrum und Busstation. Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Beleuchtung innerhalb des Mietobjekts ist nicht zu tolerieren,da zu grell und nicht dem Bedarf angepasst. Keine Leseleuchte und keine Leuchte im Essbereich. Sonst zwar sehr teuer,aber in der jetzigen Zeit wohl nichts anderes möglich.

Sehr schöne, zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung. Bushaltestelle und Schiff Anleger, Einkaufsmöglichkeit und die Nähe zum Strand, Restaurants waren ideal. auch mit Kind, waren es keine weiten Entfernungen und man konnte alles problemlos zu Fuß erkunden und erledigen. Ein absolutes Plus war der Strandkorb in der ersten Reihe am Strand. hinter dem Haus am Hafen war ein kleiner Spielplatz und eine netter kleiner Kiosk, wo man relativ früh frische Brötchen bekommen hat. Wir hatten eine rundum schöne Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung und werden auch erneut in die Wohnung kommen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, es war alles vorhanden in der Wohnung, was auch im online Inserat beschrieben war. Zudem eine sehr nette Vermieterin.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super, die Übergabe hat bestens geklappt. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Schön war auch, dass der Kiosk von Britt nur wenige Meter entfernt war und wir jeden Morgen frische Brötchen holen konnten. Daß ein Strandkorb in inklusive ist, war perfekt. Da auch das Wetter super war, war es ein schöner Urlaub.

- ein funktionales, freundliches, geschmackvolles Ambiente - - Appartement: optimal auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt - leicht zu pflegen - kleine Optimierungen: die kurzen Hinweise für die Mieter, z. B. im Küchenschrank, am Bett, in der Dusche, etc. zusammenfassend auf einem Zettel darstellen und bei Schlüsselübergabe mitgeben oder auf den Tisch legen. So werden sie nicht auf dem ersten Blick gesehen (möglicherweise zu spät entdeckt). - Bitte ein Bettlaken anbieten, dass das gesamte Bett abdeckt (ggf. Spannbettlaken). Bei Einzelnutzung reicht das geliehene Laken nicht aus, der Matratzenschoner ist noch sichtbar - kein gutes hygienisches Gefühl. - im Außenflur: riecht es sehr stark nach Rauch - Reinigung des Teppichboden ?

Schicke Ferienwohnung direkt am Hafen

Wohnung: Die Einzimmerwohnung besteht aus einem sehr komfortabel eingerichteten Badezimmer und aus dem Wohn-/Schlaf-/Esszimmer mit Küche. Die Küche bietet mit Herd, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine genügend Möglichkeiten für kreatives Kochen. Das Schrankbett bietet nachts eine bequeme Schlafmöglichkeit und kann tagsüber eingeklappt werden, so dass die Wohnung den geräumigen Charakter beibehält. Die weitere Einrichtung gibt dem Apartment einen sehr gemütlichen Flair, so dass es sich an regnerischen Tagen sehr gut in der Wohnung aushalten lässt. Leider hat die Wohnung keinen Wasserblick, was bei der landschaftlichen Schönheit Laboes wirklich schade ist. Lage: Allerdings liegt die Wohnung direkt am Hafen, so dass sich der Fußweg zum Wasser auf wenige Meter (von der Haustüre ca. 10m) beschränkt. Der Sandstrand ist ca. 3 min entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich nicht mehr als 10 min entfernt. Boots-, sowie Bushaltestellen sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten (ca. 5 min) zu Fuß zu erreichen. Fazit: Sehr gemütliches und schickes Apartment, mit exzellenter Lage und sehr netter Vermieterin. Daher sehr empfehlenswert.

sehr schöne ferienwohnung

Mein Mann und ich haben eine tolle Woche in dieser schönen geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung verbracht.Es ist alles da,was man für einen Urlaub braucht,sehr sauber. Kurze Wege zum Hafen,Strandkorb und in den Ort.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Roswitha.P

Mein Mann und ich haben eine tolle Woche in dieser wirklich schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht.Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Urlaub braucht.Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und wohnlich. Die Nähe zum Hafen und zum dazugehörigen Strandkorb ist super. Wir haben wirklich nichts Negatives zu berichten. Frau Breitschuh ist sehr nett und wir werden sicher nochmal in dieser Wohnung Urlaub machen Fam.Pätzold

Top Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, ebenso die Lage. Der einzige Kritikpunkt , was jedoch nicht unmittelbar mit der Wohnung zusammenhängt, ist der Flur, von dem die einzelnen Wohnungen abgehen. Der Geruch in diesem Flur ist sehr unangenehm.

Kurzurlaub

sehr schöne Wohnung sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Es war so wie im Internet beschrieben.Die Vermieterin war sehr nett.Die Wohnung liegt am Hafen sehr zentral Strandkorb ist gleich in der Nähe. kurz um der Urlaub war super.
