Renovated farmhouse with 3 bedrooms:
- On the ground floor: bedroom with 160 cm bed + bathroom + toilets
-1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed + bathroom + WC. 1 bedroom is equipped with a cabin bed 140x75 cm 6 years old child maximum. Possibility to add 1x90 cm single beds in 1 bedroom and/or baby bed.

Ground floor: Equipped kitchen, TV lounge 140 cm/dining room, lounge with fireplace, dressing room and laundry room.
Outside, large wooded garden with 11.50 m swimming pool with paddling pool, ideal design for families with children. Hut for children.
The house is located in the Rhône valley, 10 minutes from the A7 motorway, allowing easy access to all the touristic sites in the region (Ardèche Gorges, Drôme Provençale, Vercors and Alps etc.)

Accueil très bienveillant et chaleureux!Un lieu rempli de charme, tout confort, aménagé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, où il fait bon de séjourner. Les extérieurs sont des plus agréables, au calme, avec vue sur de beaux paysages. Un lieu qui respire la sérénité, idéal pour se ressourcer et séjourner dans la bonne humeur. Je vais en garder un très bon souvenir!
