The cottage is located just outside the small village of Vinezac , 10 km southwest of Aubenas and 50 km southwest of Valence. 7 km away you can swim and canoe on the river Ardèche. Through the famous gorges of the Ardèche you can drive to the nougat town of Montélimar. This detached villa is comfortably furnished and stands in a 3200 m² garden with olive trees. The poolhouse is also a nice place to stay: Pool table, brick barbecue, covered terrace. In the surrounding area you can make beautiful excursions and walks with magnificent views of the river valley. From the living room you can get to the covered terrace and in the garden take a dip in your private pool. The fireplace is only decorative. For hikers, nature lovers and those seeking tranquility, this house is an ideal and varied destination. Bedroom 4 has a bathroom en suite.

Leuk huis met erg mooie tuin!

Erg mooi huis met 4 slaapkamers. Schoon aangetroffen. Pooltafel/ schommel/ zwembad aanwezig. De tuin is erg smaakvol ingericht. Prima keuken met veel vries mogelijkheid/ koeling. Twee badkamers ook erg fijn. Huis is wel erg gehorig maar dat is bij veel vakantiehuisjes zo :) Binnen zou een zitbank nog fijn zijn. ( nu 2 rieten stoelen en eetkamerstoelen.)
