This 3+2 multi-family friendly home offers a spectacular view of the lake and is located 3 minutes from Windsor launch ramp and beach. Getting ready for a day on the water is simple with gas, groceries, deli and West Marine only a few blocks from the house. Spend your evening BBQing while the kids swim/jaqcuzzi, all with an amazing view of the lake. Our lake view home is perfect for multiple families to share. The expansive lake view master suite (that's right, wake up to a view of the lake right from the comfort of bed) is furnished with a king size bed and a queen pullout with plenty of room left for additional air mattresses making the space perfect for a family with young children. The second bedroom offers a pillow top king size bed. The third bedroom is situated with a full size bunk with twin on top and a full size pull out making the space great for multiple kids/teens.
Pets welcome with pre-approval due to insurance company policies.

A very comfortable home!

All the beds are comfy, the pool area keeps you entertained…lots of room for the 6 of us particularly need some alone time - there is room for that!

Lake house with a perfect view

This vacation home was great for our family of 5. The home is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, toiletries including shampoo, soap and q-tips, pool towels and rafts, and even everything you need to make a cup of coffee!! Melissa, the host, made us feel so welcome with prompt messaging and a basket full of snacks and goodies upon our arrival! The best part of the home is the view of the lake and the backyard. There is ample seating on the pool deck, in the rock garden, and under patio shades. The sunsets are spectacular! I would highly recommend this vacation home and can't wait to book my next Havasu vacation here.

Perfect getaway!

This home was perfect for our family, we enjoyed it so much! The location was great for all we did and the heated pool/hot tub was perfect for the cooler days/nights! Melissa was such a great host, the home was everything and more as described. We will definitely be back!

I have been enjoying all Lake Havasu has to offer since I was a toddler. My parent's brought us here as children each summer with our extended family. I learned how to water ski, drive a boat and truck and trailer, ride a dirt bike and fish here. I met my husband at Crazy Horse Campground when I was 17. We vacationed in Lake Havasu each summer with our own children too. My grandparents lived here until their recent passing and my parents live have lived here for several years. Our roots run deep here. It is our oasis and our hope is to create a space that our guests love and enjoy as much as we do.

Our home is a great place to gather and make memories with friends and family. It's been a crazy year for the entire world and we offer a clean, family friendly place for you to relax, have some fun and create memories that will last a lifetime.
