We had an amazing stay at Kingston Residents in Myrtle Beach. The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The location was unbeatable, just steps from the beach and a short walk to everything we needed.Wet Whistle was our go-to for beach drinks and quick bites, we explored the many pools on the properties, and had a great dinner at Black Drum. On more laid-back nights, we ordered from Pizza Chef—super convenient and hit the spot.The property was quiet, well-maintained, and super easy to access. The management team made check-in simple and responded quickly to any questions. Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a stress-free beach getaway. We’d definitely come back!

The beach is wonderful! Pools were nice, too. If you’re visiting now be aware that the kids splash area & pool deck are closed for renovations. It was supposed to be done by July, and suddenly it just wasn’t. Another problem would be the poolside bar. They have so much to improve!!! Food takes forever... and drinks are unfortunately, not good... It’s a shame, such a nice place with lots of pp visiting all the time... once renovations are done, if the quality of the drinks & food improve, this place will be off the roof!

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Royale Palms many times and choose it for its location, amenities, view and the staff, many of whom we have come to know. But the maintenance and cleanliness of the units vary greatly, and this particular unit fell short of our expectations and needs attention. There is missing trim on the entry door; several interior doors, especially the master bath, need their hinges lubricated and the sliding glass door to the balcony was filthy. We also found the mattress much too soft and were disappointed to find that we could not get normal cable channels, including sports, on the TVs. Absent any instructions, it took us a while to navigate on Roku.

This Property and Team Saved our Vacation!

My family and I booked a Myrtle stay pre-COVID at another property about 10 minutes away. When COVID happened I wasn’t refunded. Fast forward to this year’s vacation and we wanted to use the property we paid for last summer. We showed up with our four daughters and quickly realized that the property was not as advertised. We frantically began our search for a new property. It was late. We felt our efforts would be futile given it was last minute and in the middle of summer. We came across Randy. Not only did he work with us at 10:30 PM to ensure we were able to secure a place the next day, but Courtney was able to get us in early. The property was amazing! Spacious, clean, and so many amenities for the kids. We visited the splash park, multiple pools and the beach. It’s a short drive to Broadway at the Beach and the outlets are maybe 5 minutes away at most. Everyone on the property was friendly and helpful. The property was clean and top notch. We recommend the location and definitely recommend Randy/Courtney for your Myrtle vacation needs. We will be back! -Sha and Jeff

There were 5 adults and our 4 grandkids under 6 y/o, and the unit accomodated us very well without feeling cramped. The unit is close to the elevators and the garbage chute, making it very convenient. The views from the unit are limited, but OK. We were disappointed that the water park was not open for the kids, but the new water park should be outstanding.
