Wonderful house for a large family. We had toddlers to teenagers and adults and everyone was happy. Beautiful backyard with multi-levels for eating and sitting and space for kids to play. The kids loved sleeping in an authentic log home.
It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our family of 13. The setting was peaceful and beautiful. It was perfect for us and we would not hesitate going back again.
The cabin was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family. We immensely enjoyed our time with our kids and grandkids. The amenities and supplies available in the kitchen were above and beyond any place we have ever rented before.
Great cabin in an amazing setting!!! Loved our stay there with 12 adults!!! Ginger was very attentive and responsive!!!

Ryan, thank you for your kind words about our cabin. We think it’s an amazing place and I’m glad you felt the same! You guys are always welcome. Come see us again! -Ginger
There were 10 of us staying together for a family trip to Yellowstone and everyone was blown away by the beauty of the property and surrounding area. It was very quiet and served as the perfect landing spot for a few days of peace and comfort getting away from the city and enjoying nature. My sister and brother-in-law arrived first and were able to get access to the cabin without any issues. The amenities were perfect for cooking, bird-watching, relaxing by the fire and having quality family time. Thank you for opening your home to us. We hope we can come back again someday.
I celebrated my 60th birthday at this beautiful cabin with all my children and grandchildren. We had the best time and this is a home not a cabin and I mean that in a good way. They have everything and more to make your stay special. Ginger is a great host and very responsive to messages and your needs. We will definitely stay again here in the future.
Great cabin for the winter! Roads need an experienced driver for sure, icy! The property manager was AWSOME! Ginger was exceptionally attentive to all our questions throughout our stay.

Great place to get away. Owners were very responsive to two small issues we had that were out of their control. Would recommend to anyone wanting peace and quiet!
You know I have always been nervous about renting a peoperty without actually speaking with the host but thos property was by far top notch!!! Ginger answered every message sent to her within hours of sendong
We had 10 adults and 7 children 1 to 8 years old. We enjoyed the Henry’s Fork River on kayaks, Mesa Falls, and Harriman State Park… Easy hiking, mountain biking and horse back riding.
We also enjoyed the Ashton City Park.
The property had everything we needed including a mother moose with her two calves! This is a beautiful secluded property and location. We would love to come back!
An amazing stay at an amazing location with amazing views. We booked this property for a family reunion. We had plenty of space and room to spread out. The property had everything we needed to prepare several group meals. Great directions to the property and easy to follow instructions to enter as well. Great communication with Ginger who kept in touch and answered several questions prior to booking. This property went far beyond our expectations! So many amazing things to do and see in the area. Thank you for a great stay!
Wonderful cabin nestled in a remote area making the stay very peaceful. Ginger was a fabulous host answering our many questions about the region. The house is perfect for large groups with lots of amenities to keep kids entertained. Upper floor of the house does get very warm during the day and AC unit has trouble keeping up thanks to the unusually hot summer the region is having, but there are lots of fans available to try and help with that issue. That was the only problem we ran into during our stay. Would absolutely stay there again!
We had the best week in the Ashton Bear-a-dise with three generations of our family. We played yard games, grilled delicious food, went to Mesa Falls, Yellowstone (only an hour away) and rode our bikes on the Ashton to Tetonia bike trail. It was all wonderful and the Bear-a-dise was the perfect home base for a perfect week. The house is not only fascinating and beautiful,
but it is stocked with everything we wanted. We needed another week to do all the things we wanted to do! Thank you, Ginger, for sharing your wonderful home with us.
The cabin was beautiful with many amenities adding to our comfort. It was fully stocked with many games and activities for us to enjoy. The beds where comfortable and we had more than enough space for our party of 17. If I had one recommendation it would be that there would be more than one outdoor trash receptacle. When you have 17 people staying in a house for 4 nights you will end up with more trash than the bin fits.
This property was an A+, we had absolutely no issues. The communication was terrific and the cabin was just as we imagined. There were some extra kitchen items that we were able to use, plenty of sleeping space, a grill out back, being able to do laundry was a nice perk also. Cabin was close to Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons, everything we wanted to do was within driving distance. We went to Mesa Falls and were pleasantly surprised. The couple miles of gravel road driving to house was interesting but we made it work. Everything was wonderful and we would recommend this cabin to anyone, so much fun, thank you!!!
We celebrated our young Italian friends birthday in this week along with much hiking and games. The entertainment at the home provided us with double elimination Olympic events which were spectacular. We also had Harry Potter Minute to Win It games we brought and had divided our group into two houses, made wands and watched the movie. All so comfortable!! Highly recommend staying and don't be afraid to get up early to go to either the Tetons or Yellowstone. Note-the road is quite bumpy for some distance so if you have anyone with stomach issues (we did), this can be wearing on them - but we were also driving a truck. I heard SUV and car were much better.
What a wonderfully lovely time we had!! That kitchen is amazing. We were able to cook food for our group of 20 without any problems. The beds were comfortable and walls thick enough that little people could go to bed early without being disturbed by others in the house. We also had plenty of hot water at bath times. The games in the basement were also lots of fun for the kids.
We loved Ashton and felt it was the perfect distance to all the fun things. We had lots of fun on our excursions to Island Park and Yellowstone.
Thank you for being such wonderful hosts. We also appreciate that you answered all of our questions so quickly. Everything was so perfect. Everyone in our party agreed they would happily stay at Bear-a-dise again.
My family and I had a wonderful time at Bear-a-dise. The house has everything we needed. Great location to visit Yellowstone and nice fishing areas near buy!
A beautiful home to accommodate a very large group/family. Adding more mirror's for the women to get ready would be great. 😉 other than that, it's a great location near the highway. We had a great time. Kids loved the game room.
Ginger was awesome for questions we had and responded quickly. 😊
What a beautiful clean home. We had everything we needed. Even an air fryer which we used. Wonderful birds singing all day.
This home experience helped make our visit to Yellowstone and Grand Tetons even the more.
The property manager was always quick to respond and friendly.
We highly recommend.
Thank you for our week there. Wonderful memories were made.
