A chic two bedroom cottage (approx 1200 sq ft) in the center of East Hampton Village. This immaculately maintained cottage is a short walk to the best shops and restaurants the Village has to offer. No more than three guests or two adults and two small children. Absolutely no parties of any kind.

East Hampton Village is the quintessential perfect picture postcard town right near the most beautiful beaches on the east coast.
What makes this property unique
This property is one of the most exquisitely landscaped and arranged non-estate properties in all of East Hampton Village. Surely there are exquisitely manicured $20m estates in this town, but of any smaller home or cottage in the entire town mine is one of the most beautiful properties of them all.....without a doubt.
