La vista sul mare è il pregio di questo bellissimo appartamento immerso nella natura di Capo Mimosa (Cervo). L'appartamento misura 100 metri quadrati e si trova al piano terra di una villa.
Dista pochi minuti in macchina dalle spiagge. La zona è molto tranquilla ed è ideale per le persone che vogliono passare le loro vacanze nel pieno relax. All'esterno ci sono lettini per prendere il sole ,un tavolo per potere mangiare all'aria aperta e sempre con la vista sul mare.
La casa è molto spaziosa ed è composta da un ampio soggiorno, una cucina, 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni.
La cucina è ampia ed abitabile ed è fornita di forno, forno microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, freezer e 6 fuochi per cucinare.
Le 2 camere da letto sono spaziose e una camera può avere i letti separati.
E' possibile usare la lavatrice. Il parcheggio è nel cortile dell'abitazione ed è gratuito.
