Welcome to Fern Hill Inn- Your Home away from Home!

Fern Hill Inn is warm and cozy with modern features, a great place to spend time with family. Everything is new, fresh and clean! Spend time on the back deck soaking in the hot tub, watching some TV in the family room, maybe hide away behind the barn door and work in the office or simply enjoy a cup of coffee on the huge front porch.

Fern Hill is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath home. The perfect set up for a single couple, a small family or a traveling couple. She also has a killer front porch and a roomy back deck with hot tub.

The home is on a large 1.5 acre lot and is situated above a walkout basement that is not open to renters. Fern Hill Inn is not in a deed restricted neighborhood, so boat and RV parking are welcome, along work vans for our traveling workers.

Great central Citrus location that is close to so much!

The Withlacoochee State bike trail is about a mile down a paved trail, Citrus Hills is right down the road, the cute town of Inverness is only a few miles away, the popular waters of Crystal River are close by, the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow River State Park is less than 15 mins away. If you love nature and the outdoors, you will love Fern Hill!

Fern Hill is a rural location. Not a deed restricted neighborhood. You will not find mini mansions, groomed shrubs and HOA associations. You will find large lots, paved roads, kids on bikes, donkeys braying, airboats in the distance, boats in yards and people making a living. Expect casual rural America!
