Updated SUMMER and FALL RATES!!!!

Palisade Wine Country Farm is perfect for SUMMER GUESTS!

Come stay at our active hemp farm!!
Relax in a hammock or enjoy our rocking chairs with breathtaking views of Mount Garfield and the Grand Mesa.

Tour local wineries and breweries.
Float the Colorado River.
Hike and bike world-class trails.
Eat like a foodie.
Relax like a champ.

Perfect location right off of I-70, so you are close to Palisade wine country, the newly opened Palisade Plunge, the Colorado National Monument, the Mesa (the largest flat-top mountain in the United States), & a quick interstate ride to Fruita for all the mountain biking you could dream of.

The house is a 1940s farmhouse with all the charm that comes along with it...it has been remodeled here and here, but is by no means in "mint" condition.

The property was unbelievably unkempt, long grass old wrecks in the yard, broken equipment outside etc etc. Also the house was locked the glass window top part of the main door was smashed and we could not enter the house. Luckily I think as who knows what the interior was like so we left and abandoned our stay and adviced the local Sheriff.

Thanksgiving 2021

I liked the house. It is definitely an "old farm house" . There was some stairs that led up to an attic that I thought was cool ...although I think the attic freaked my son out a little. We went to go ride some of the local trails and the house was in a good location. Don't stay here if you are expecting something fancy. If you want something a little more old school, this would be a good fit.

Mountain Bike Vacation With Friends

The property was great! The property was exactly as advertised, there is an amazing view off the back deck, the place was clean and we had almost everything (no outside grill) we needed to prepare our meals. My only feedback would be for the property owner to align with the VRBO user experience around when you will receive all of the information required for your stay. We would definitely stay here again!
