If you need temporary relaxing, safe, clean space this is the home for you. It's central location is close to Community Hospital and St. Marys Hospital. Its in a quiet subdivision with sidewalks and a quick drive to Mesa Mall among lots of other shopping. Convenient to nearby restaurants, and two movie theaters as well. Two car garage secured, and available to you. Each bedroom has its own smart TV and WiFi through out the house. Games, puzzle, cards available. New clean Gas BBQ grill ready for you to enjoy.

Comfortable Home

We were in GJ for a funeral. The house was a quiet place for family members to be alone with their thoughts in a very quiet neighborhood.

This place had everything we needed and the location couldn’t be beat! Central in Grand Junction and in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again.

Nice Property

Comfortable home in Grand Junction. Property manager was helpful with a plumbing issue that came up (unabe to use master bathroom toilet for the first 24 hours). Maintenance person that eventually got to the house was excellent. No hairdryers, shampoo or soap in bathrooms, so plan to bring your own. Kitchen well stocked, TV in each bedroom, excellent bed linens, comfortable spacious living room.
